Grand Pointe 606 est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Alabama Pointe sur le golfe du Mexique et le col Perdido. Détendez-vous sur votre grand balcon privé et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le trafic maritime et la vie marine. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un accès au balcon, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD ainsi que d'une salle de bain privée avec bain à remous et douche à l'italienne. Il y a un lit Queen dans la 2ème chambre avec une télévision à écran plat.

Fabulous Place

Those condo was super nice, we loved the Bay with all the boats! The balcony was beautiful with that view!! We seen the sun come up every morning!! This place is a must!! We had the best beach week here!!!

LOVED IT!

I have stayed at Grand Pionte before, and this unit did not disappoint either! The building while full is very quiet, very clean, everyone was so polite, the view is spectacular, the pool is nice and the beach access is a big plus. We had a great time!

The location and the views were amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The decor and fixtures were new and up to date. The pool was closed due to painting and renovations but greatly appreciate enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience!

We loved that this building is away from the crowded beach area. Peaceful water view and a short walk to sunbathe by the surf. The building was very quiet with easy parking and in and out with zero time waiting for elevators. Super clean and comfortable condo with comfy beds with lovely sheets. A+

Dreamy time on Orange Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment I opened the door, I felt the stress melt away. The furnishings are lovely, and the beds are so comfortable and clean. The complex itself was quiet, even considering the remodeling going on. I can't wait to stay there again soon!

Pleased, But!!

Everything was good except, the AC filter needed to be changed. I asked for beach front view and were actually on the side. However the view we had wasn't bad. This should have been brought to our attention.

Awesome view and spotless!

I took my husband to Grande Point for his birthday.. It was our first stay there, and first time to use “Liquid Life” for booking a condo. First let me say, the condo was immaculately clean. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever had in Orange Beach. The king bed was sooooo comfortable! No memory foam which was a huge plus for us! The 6th floor view of “The Pass” was awesome. We watched boats go in and out and saw dolphins everyday! We loved our stay and will definitely rent again!

Great condo but….

This is a great location and very nice condo, however there is currently no beach access. There is a dredging effort currently underway in Perdido Pass which is being piped across the beach in front of this condo blocking all beach access. Otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful property, minor issues

The condo was nice and we have stayed at Grand Pointe many times. There were a few towel bars that were loose and hung crooked. The coffee maker was really slow, and I of course brought reg. coffee filters and it took cone filters. All the minor issues were probably more apparent since it was raining first couple of days and we were stuck inside. Overall, it was a great trip and it all was fine.

Great Location - Poor Rental Agency Communication

This property has a fantastic view of the channel going out to the gulf. The large balcony made for a great location for a meal or a cup of coffee while we watched the boats come in and out. Condo worked just as described. The entire complex was very clean. We would definitely stay there again. Only downside was communication with Liquid Life who is the property rental manager. I called several times and never received a call back. Finally connected with them and it was clear they hadn't listened to my messages.

Almost 5-star

This property is much nicer than the pictures! The location was perfect and we enjoyed this super clean condo! Watching the boats go in and out from the balcony is very relaxing. We also noticed how soundproof our unit was... we felt as though we were the only renters because it was so quiet. We only had one negative and it is the reason for the overall rating being 4 star!..The drawback is the TVs (although flatscreens) need to be updated to smartTVs... we love watching movies at night, and the tvs were not optimized to handle streaming. Aside from that, we thoroughly loved this property and will be booking here in the future!

Relaxing

We love Grand Point. The property is well maintained. The views from the balcony, both sides is entertaining. We love watching the boats. The only problem we had this year, was getting the living room tv to work. Bedroom tvs worked great. We have stayed here for several years.

Grand Point 606

Nice location, Nice ambiance. Really liked walking on the beach. Enjoyed watching the pirate ship going bye and firing their canons, and the porpoises from the balcony.
