Really a fun little place to stay. Convenient to grocery store and CVS and lots of restaurants. Pool was warm and clean. The decor of the Tarpon was very nice. We had a great time.
Pool is really small. Not much to do in the area. You need a boat or other plans. Itâs close to restaurants and other attractions:) Marina is very nice and clean also very quiet and night.
Our family had a wonderful time staying on this houseboat. Nice marina with adequate amenities (pool, bar, food truck, music at night, outdoor showers, etc). Staff was very friendly. Mike was awesome!
The marina is pretty quiet.
Best part of the houseboat was the outside decks on the backâŠone on main level and then another on the roof. Deck was facing west so we had a great sunset view.
We would definitely stay here again.
Our stay at AquaLodge was short but very nice. We only got to spend two nights and one full day there but spent the majority of our day at the pool which was very nice. Relaxing on the back porch of the boat to watch the sunset was beautiful and we got to see jellyfish and other small marine life. There was a leak from one of the air conditioners but Robert listened to what we had to say and we showed him what was going on and he addressed it right away. I would definitely go again!
It was just two of us for 5 days but it would still be comfortable with a couple more people.
Easy to check in and out and work with the staff. We never needed anything. They gave great recommendations on food in the area. The location is excellent, easy parking and close to but not too close to the main road. The Tarpon boat is close to others but we still felt we had enough privacy. The boat does rock a little with wind and waves, so if you are sensitive to that something to be aware of. I'm relatively sensitive but it wasn't enough to bother me, in fact it added to the experience. It was very clean. For some reason, every shop in the keys uses that purple fabuloso cleaner. It was VERY strong on the boat. Even after venting with the windows and doors open for awhile it was overpowering. If we come back, we might request a different cleaner is used prior to our check in.
After a day out exploring the keys, it was great to sit on the balcony, have a couple drinks and watch the sunset. Highly recommend this place.
Two adults stayed and it was comfortable. The location is great, beautiful deck to have coffee in the morning or watch the sunset. About a 2hr drive to key west. Very unique place to stay!!
Host was great. The original boat we were to stay in had a couple issues, and our host arranged another exact boat prior to us arriving and allowed us to choose which boat we would prefer. Absolutely beautiful views, especially sunset from the rooftop deck.
Really nice and cozy - awesome decks for chilling and watching the sunrise/sunset. Only disappointment was not being able to fish off the back of the boat, but that's a harbor rule, not the boat. Great stay.
