This two-bedroom condo enjoys lots of on-site resort amenities and a terrific location right on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for a relaxing vacation with someone you love! You'll enjoy preparing delicious meals in the full kitchen before heading down to the shoreline for a long, romantic stroll. The shared pool will make for a refreshing swim after a good workout in the shared fitness center. Don't forget to let the central AC keep the suite nice and cool while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV.
THINGS TO KNOW
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
