Absolutely perfect!! We had a few small issues that we brought to the attention of the rental team and they handled it immediately- we were very impressed with their attentiveness and communication!! 100/10 recommend!!! Incredible beach view, dolphins always can be seen from balcony at various times of the day- we loved all the space this condo provided. Very family/kid friendly. We love the pool and the staff at this complex. The people who live there full time are also so so nice!! The owners of this unit really made it a beautiful, relaxing space.

Perfect view of the ocean and spacious balcony; easy to get down to the beach and back up with either stairs (we mostly did this) or elevator. Condo was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Already want to come back next year!

Lovely condo

Had a great 6 day stay. Condo was clean and as pictured. Great breakfast and lunch place across the street. State park walking trail also right across the street. Definitely recommend.

Great Location / Great Unit

Stayed at this Unit for a long weekend. The Unit has a great location both within Orange Beach and has a beautiful view of the Ocean. The unit is very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was the perfect spot for our whole family to relax and enjoy time together. The space was clean, stylish, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were stunning, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. From the comfortable beds to the convenient location, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

Our family truly enjoyed the condo in Orange Beach! It was my first time there, as we usually go to the Destin area. We loved to get a cup of coffee across the street every morning and then walk the trails! The condo was decently furnished. The only suggestion we had was the need for a new toaster. You had to turn it sideways to get the toast out:) Other than that, it was great! We enjoyed the beach service, so we didn't have to drag a lot of stuff down to the beach. The pool was nice too. We really enjoyed the area and our stay. Plans to go back next year!

Snowbird Want-to-be Retreat

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Palm Beach D31. The unit is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the trails of Gulf State Park. The balcony was a great place to relax while enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail, all while watching dolphins swim by offshore. The pool was heated and usable on a warm February day. Loved taking daily walks along the beach and watching both the sunrises and sunsets. Hope to return again next year.

The property was awesome. Was a bit caught off by the snake hanging out around the grounds area. That’s the only thing that bothered me. Other than that we had a great time.

Very nice stay overall but unit could definitely stand a deep cleaning and some fresh paint in areas. Loved the decor and all furnishings, beds were quite comfortable. Larger and more updated televisions (especially in great room) would be a nice addition. A few more dishes/coffee cups/sliverware would also be welcomed. And a throw blanket or two in the great room would also have been nice. There were a few things like the front door stop did not function, the sliding door in the master to the balcony was off the tracks and non functional. The a/c unit leaked but property managment came quickly and fixed it. To repeat, it was overall a very nice condo, pool was great and well maintained. The unit has a great view of pool and beach.

Absolutely loved this condo!

My family of 6 stayed here for our summer vacation for a week in August. The condo was so nice, we added an extra day to our reservation immediately when we arrived. It’s been recently updated, nice furniture/decor, very comfortable, and very clean! One of our favorites about the condo is the view from the balcony, particularly the view of the sunrise. It probably has the best view of the whole complex. Also, the walk to the beach is very short (about 3 minutes from door to sand). If I’m being nit picky, there are some very minor issues. The guest bath stopper doesn’t work and even though this unit is at the very last unit of the floor with a secluded front entrance, you cannot keep your beach supplies on the porch (but this is a complex-wide rule and it admittedly keeps the complex looking clean). Also, there were a few days where the sea grass was too much to get in the water, but that has nothing to do with the condo, of course. This condo is close to all kinds of restaurants and activities, although we mostly stayed at the beach and cooked our own food. There are several supermarkets nearby and if you’re the kind that does grocery delivery, they deliver to the condo. I recommend going to the pier to see sharks and turtles and for fishing (fyi, I’d does cost money to park and another fee just to walk the pier). We also visited the Wharf for the Ferris wheel and the light show, which was just ok, but it was a good change of scenery. We have fond memories of our vacation. It was simple and very relaxing. We’re looking forward to returning to this very condo next year! I highly recommend.

Lovely place

We visit the beach every summer. We always stay at Palm Beach Resort, but this is our first stay in D31. It was wonderful. It was secluded. Decorations were pretty. There was a great view of the ocean perfect for our morning coffee. My only suggestion would be to add more eating utensils, update pots (skillet sticks terribly and handles on pots are loose) and towels. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

Location is great and beach views were beautiful. Condo looks just like the picture. The master shower was not clean; I mentioned this to the management company with no response. Disappointing considering the price we paid to stay here. Also one of the bathtub faucets fell apart while i was bathing my kids, could’ve been dangerous. Fridge and ice machine worked great. Pool area is nice and well manicured. Overall very comfortable for our family of five.

The unit was spotless and well-maintained. Property managers had great communication and responded quickly to our questions. The weather was a bit cool at the beginning of our stay, so the heated pool was a great place to keep the little ones entertained and active. We love this area and hope to visit again soon!
