New bedroom furniture and linens and smart TVS in every bedroom. This owner has made this the perfect place for relaxing to watch a bowl game in the winter or resting from long days in the beach and lazy river during every season.

Heron 309-Corner condo with wrap around balcony. From the top of the line mattresses, upgraded granite, great cabinetry and built-ins to the flat screen televisions this condo exudes luxury and relaxation.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils that you will need for that special meal with family and friends. Stainless steel cookware and top of the line appliances are furnished along with mixing bowls and casserole dishes. So whether you decide to dine in or out the kitchen is ready for your needs.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed with top of the line mattress and linens! Also enjoy a flat screen TV and views of the lazy river (at night it glows and is sure to set your mood) Master bath has Jacuzzi tub and separate shower! I also boasts dual vanities and a large walk in closet.

Second bedroom also has a king sized bed with top of the line mattress and linens! Also enjoy a flat screen TV.

The third bedroom has a queen size top of the line bed also with a flat screen TV and access to private balcony. We promise you will love it!!

There is also a top of the line sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair .

You will enjoy our flat screen HDTV in the living room with cable and we also provide a full movie library for your viewing enjoyment! We also provide wifi for your business or pleasure needs.

The large wraparound front balcony looks straight at the lazy river. Enjoy your meal right on the deck as you watch the lazy river and enjoy all of the scenery of DestinWest Bayside.

Loved our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! From communication of check-in to check out. Property was more than we all expected. Unit was beautiful and very accommodating. We had everything we needed. Stay was like at home. Location was great. Most of all kids and adults loved the pool and lazy river. Definitely will be back!!

Great View and Spacious

We loved the view and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything that was needed for us to cook. It has a nice washer and dryer so we could keep the laundry caught up and had clean beach / pool towels daily.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the Heron! The condo was just as described, and everything was great! There was so much to do on site such as multiple pools, a lazy river, a dock to walk out on to watch dolphins, and the ocean a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay!

We were all over the place with options in this area. Bedrooms and lazy river sold us! No regrets. The amount of fun stuff in the area was amazing! Thank you and we hope to visit again.

Great Vacation Rental

The king size bed feels like it time to be replaced and the outside of Destin West could use some fresh paint and updating. The condo is awesome and Julie Jennifer and Robin are awesome to work with. Great Place to Stay

This was a spacious and clean condo with extremely comfortable beds in every room. Nice linens throughout and plenty of bath towels. Great location, easy parking, wonderful pool area. An improvement that would make this place even better would be a different patio set. The unit has a beautiful huge patio but only has one small high table on it with four chairs (and only one of the chairs actually allows you to sit at the table). The other three chairs appear to be from a different set and are too short for the existing table. Other than that, we were very pleased!

Well stocked cookware!

Loved it! The kitchen had all we needed to cook! P.S. Jet bathtub in master sprayed everywhere and had mold in jets. Couldn’t get tv to work in queen bedroom w/balcony.
