This stunning property offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Florida charm. Located right across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches, this unit is ideal for those seeking a relaxing & tranquil vacation getaway. Come stay with us @ Gone Coastal located on White Sandy Drive. This beautiful unit offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, & ample space for 8. Enjoy all that Gulf Highlands has to offer making every day feel like a vacation.

If you are looking for a perfect location near the beach search no further. Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry townhome, this unit has a reserved 2 reserved parking spaces. (for two vehicles only) No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy: 11 swimming pools, (5 seasonally heated), tennis courts, 18-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, & a Beach House restaurant with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Activities are just outside your front door, enjoy all of what Gulf Highlands has to offer. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach Florida. If you want to take a break from cooking, don't stress. Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement areas is right next to Pier Park. If golf is your fame, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club & Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple of minutes from the unit. A vacationer's paradise, this resort is close to Rock it Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink, & arcade. Enjoy ShipWreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away from the resort. Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball & baseball fields. Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back & unwind. Historic St Andres Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of " Old Florida". Enjoy shopping & lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A route to enjoy quant village of Seaside that features shipping & dining.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & must present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After the booking is confirmed a copy of our Rental Agreement will be sent to the guests email address provided. The guest has 48 hours from the time of booking to sign the Rental Agreement & send back a copy of his/her Driver's License. If our Office has not received the signed rental agreement & a copy of his/her driver's license within 48 hours our company will cancel the reservation with no refund to guest. No access to the unit will be given without a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guests who booked Driver's License.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made to this policy. There are no exceptions to this rule.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This unit sleeps 8 people max per the fire marshal. This includes children of all ages. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & will be evicted immediately. No more than 8 heartbeats in this unit at any given time.

No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit right in front of the condo. No exceptions to this rule. We do not allow overflow.

Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles.
When you arrive please show the security gate your ID & reservation confirmation. They will open the gate so you can enter the resort.
Inside the condo you will find two black lanyards that will have the proximity cards for the gate inside them.
Those cards will allow you to enter the resort.
Hold the card up to the keypad at the gate. The gate will open.
It is the guests responsibility to keep up with those two cards & lanyards for their stay.
If either card or either lanyard is lost or damaged during the stay or upon checkout inspection it will be up to the guest to pay to replace them.
The cards are $25.00 each. The lanyards are $10.00 each.
It's the guests responsibility to leave both cards & lanyards inside the condo when they checkout.

No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

There is a golfcart parked in one of the parking spaces in front of the unit. The second vehicle is able to park right behind it. This golf cart is for the owners personal use & is not included with the rental.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees & will be charged a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge. Please be respectful to the next guests & our cleaners & checkout on time.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow/guarantee early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door & back patio that records audio & video. Do not tamper or cover the cameras. If you cover or tamper with the cameras - you will be evicted immediately & no refunds will be given.

This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $300.00 violation fee/additional cleaning fee. ESA Animals & Service Animals must be disclosed at the time of booking so we can make note on the reservation.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property no longer offers a grill.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. This goes for TVS as well.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

Gulf Highlands Terms & Conditions: If any of these rules are violated by guests you will be responsible for the fine associated with each violation & will be evicted immediately with no refund.
- Not following leash laws. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the condo at any given time. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- Not following pet waste regulations. All waste must be picked up from your dog. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- No parking pass. All vehicles must have parking pass displayed in the vehicle. $50.00 fine.
- Reckless Driving of Golf Carts. (This includes renting through the resort) $100.00 fine.
- Underage Golf Cart Driving. (This includes renting through the resort) $50.00 fine.
- Feeding Wildlife ( Example: Turtles, fish, & birds ) $50.00 fine.
- Violating Noise Ordinance $50.00 fine.
- Offensive or Unlawful Activities $100.00 fine.

Gigi’s Sea-Esta was wonderful! It was a short walk to the beach. Loved all the pools and appreciated the wagon to take chairs and cooler to the beach. We had a wonderful time with family. Thank you.

Our experience was good. Nice clean accommodation. One shower was really small but that group just used one of other showers. Lol! Everyone liked their rooms and laughed at the pictures inside kitchen cabinets that showed you where to put items back. 🙃

The only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is that everything was inventoried with pictures. I would be worried with small children about breaking things or having things misplaced. Location was awesome. Proximity to beach was great. And maybe invest in a new beach wagon. It’s on its last leg literally. One wheel is broken.

Loved the place

Got to sit by the river on the property and relax. The property is a short walk to the beach but if you have a lot to carry you might not want to do that. There is a wagon on the property you can use but we opted to drive there is a parking lot you can use by the beach and that's only 6 bucks for all day parking. The only down size was they only had a small charcoal grill and that's not going to cut it if you have a large group to cook for. Other than that the place was clean, communication with property manager was great and we enjoyed our stay.

No Air Conditioning second night!

This could’ve been a fantastic vacation. I contacted Anchors Away, the rental agency, because it needed a plunger for upstairs toilet and rubber in edge of dishwasher. They did send someone out to fix those things. The Monday night, the a/c went out. I contacted anchors away again and was told that they will send someone out to look at it. Tuesday at 4:30 I was told that a part would have to be ordered but would take a week or more.By 430 that afternoon they informed us that it could not be fixed and we could either stay there or go to a motel. They would reimburse us for Wednesday and Thursday. I asked them to reimburse part of Tuesday but I was told Holly of Anchors Away no because we were there Tuesday and it coin writing from Holly that said no. She said that we had already been there during the day Tuesday so therefore that counted as the day. I only stayed there to see if they could fix the a/c so I would know what my next plan would be. She responded by saying that in your house or any house you could have your a/c go out so I should understand that completely. I told her I don’t rent my house out but if I had I would make sure ac was checked. She told me that the part wouldn’t be there this week as another had gone out in another of their units. Bottom line they should have checked things before renting out to people who plan a once a year family vacation. I DO NOT recommend this place or rental company

Joan- thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you wouldn't recommend us or the unit because of something well outside of our control. As I explained to you Joan you can check things before people check in. Things go out. Things break. Things stop working. Unfortunately the HVAC doesn't care if this is used for an owners personal use, if this unit is used for long term rentals, or short term rentals. Things break no matter what. Just like your own home things go out. Things break. Things stop working. We sent three companies by the condo hoping to figure out if someone could do something different to get us back up and running. Three different companies! We overdid what we had to do to make sure that AC was fixed during your stay. Unfortunately, I can't control a part having to be ordered. We MORE than well compensated you for this. I am sorry that this happened during your stay. I apologized profusely and more than compensated you to be able to go find another condo to stay in. We didn't want you guys sitting there with no AC. If we had another place to move you to I would have been happy to do that. I apologized several times and we more than compensated you for the inconvenience. Nothing further we could have done on our end. Please keep in mind when bookings houses, condos, high-rises, or villas they are just like your own home. Appliances, HVACS, plumbing, & electrical doesn't discriminate. Just because it's a short-term rental it doesn't mean things aren't going to happen. Please keep that in mind for the future. Clean walking distance to beach and attractions

The condo is very clean and comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay. Here are my cons- Parking. We had 9 family members meet us in PCB and we had 3 different vehicles. We found out the day of check in that t only 2 parking spots are allowed per unit, so the 3rd vehicle would have to be parked outside of the premise. This was not listed on the ad and I did not see it on the rental agreement either. It all worked out at the end, but better communication would be helpful. Also it should be noted that the owner's golf cart is parked in one of the spots, although it is parked sideways to allow a regular sized vehicle to park behind it, it could be an issue for those who have large vehicle. The second con is the that to go out to the patio you have to go through the downstairs master suite, needless to say we never got to hang out in the evenings outside because we didn't want to disturb those staying in that room. Lastly, the gas grill didn't have any propane, but there was a charcoal grill we were able to use.

Both parking spaces are designated by unit number. Gulf Highlands doesn't allow overflow parking anymore. The golf cart belongs to the Owner, which all season long it has been parked sideways for a vehicle to pull behind. We have had trucks and oversized SUV's that has parked behind it all summer with no problem. I apologize that you missed it on the listing about the max of two vehicles per unit. I wish you had notified us about the propane tank. We would have been glad to send someone over to refill it. We can't address issues or concerns that we are not made aware of. We have it in the check in information please reach out to us on any issues so we can get them resolved. Reading about them in reviews could have been prevented if they were brought to our attention. Lastly regarding the patio, unfortunately I can't control where the patio is located. So if those people didn't want to be disturbed unfortunately that is out of my control. Quarantine getaway

I truly enjoyed my much needed mini vacation. The rental was very nice only about 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Wish I could hit a rewind button and do it all over again. Thanks again Deanna for letting us in when i accidentally locked the wrong lock.

Rhonda - thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave us a review. We aren't surprised by it at all though. Future guests reading this... this guest booked for 8 18-20 year olds. When questioning the guest about this she proceeded to lie to us & tell us she was going to be present. Called back the next day & admitted she rented for them but was staying with someone else. Very dishonest & she got caught. Not surprised by the one star. Rhonda - future please don't lie to hosts & owners. It's very rude & disrespectful especially when booking someone elses investment/home.
