This beautiful large condo with a balcony that overlooks the lake. The unit is on the 4th floor and comes with up to two parking passes which you can park on the same floor for easy access to your condo.

Your wristbands are embedded with RFID technology and provide access to all resort amenities and private beach access. The resort registration fee is $120 plus tax and is paid directly to the resort through a secure link sent a few days before check-in.

The place could use a good painting, there is large cracks in the floor trim with no chalking in place. Only enough towels and wash clothes for one per person per day, exterior windows and sliding doors are very dirty, bedroom with a queen bed has two very small tables with the lamps not hooked to electric, bed frame is barely hooked to the headboard, the bed is rock hard, exterior door in this door does not want to deadbolt lock. Two of three bathrooms have no room to sit anything on the sink, they are so small. Construction was going on across from the front door in the stairwell at 7am, very load hammering and drilling. Upon requesting our parking passes from security it took 30 minutes and we asked if we could just stop back by and pick them up later. The washer looks like it has mold growing on the rubber seal. The badge access to enter and exit the private beach access area was horrible!!!! The wrist bands didn’t work, we contacted the host for assistance because we had our hands full of beach belongings and was just standing in the hot sun. The host contacted security and they came over that one day and sat at the gate but not all day and it went back to being an issue. You had to wait for someone to exit before you could enter the private beach access. The water hose on the private beach access worked one of four days we were at the beach. It was a very big disappointment for what we paid (3600) to stay at this condo for 5 nights.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. One thing I tell all of my guests is that I live locally and am only about seven minutes away from this condo. My direct phone number is included in every email, text message, and check-in communication. I encourage guests to contact me immediately if they encounter any issues so I can address them as quickly as possible. Had I been made aware of these concerns during your stay, I would have done everything possible to have them corrected right away. Regarding the towels, our cleaning team found several unused towels and washcloths remaining in the condo after your departure. However, if additional linens are ever needed, we are always happy to provide them. The maintenance items mentioned in your review have all been addressed. We appreciate guest feedback and use it to ensure the condo remains in excellent condition. The beach access, parking pass process, and security operations are managed by the resort rather than our company. However, when we were notified of the beach access issue, we immediately contacted the appropriate personnel and assisted as quickly as possible. Thank you for staying with us. Kinda misleading when the listing says 5 bedroom and it’s only a 3 bedroom. Other than that everything was good my teenagers enjoyed their Spring Break

I'm glad you had a great time. I apologize that VRBO lists this as a 5-bedroom property; this is something I cannot control. I don't have it listed as a 5-bedroom. I have it listed as a three-bedroom with a bunkbed nook and a sleeper sofa. They must count the bunkbed and sleeper sofa as "bedrooms." I will call them and find out how to rectify this issue. The only issue is that it was reserved for 10 guests. That's 19 adults. Did not think it was reasonable to pay $100 per parking pass over 2

Kevin, I hope you didn’t have 19 guests in the condo that sleeps, 12 guests. Also, when you booked the condo, it clearly states it comes with two parking passes. However, since you came in during the slow season, I could secure an extra parking pass if you covered the fees. You certainly could have opted to park in one of the off-site pay-to-parking lots around town. I am sorry you felt there was an issue with having to pay for the extra parking pass. Pictures are very misleading

Not sure about the reviews I’ve read on this unit because mine are of the opposite. When we first arrived, the cable was out and I had to replace the living room cable box with another rooms and call maintenance to help (he was very nice). They were several screws on the floor that belonged to the stools that had just been put together, I guess, since the labels were still on them (not very sturdy). The floor is awful, our kids played with their shoes off for about 5 minutes and their feet were black (gross), we had to wear shoes inside the entire trip. The TV’s, the bathrooms and the furniture are extremely dated and it can definitely use some touch up paint (cabinets in all bathrooms has paint coming off all of them). The soap holders & towel racks are hanging on by a thread, age has taken its toll. We though our rental included two complementary beach chairs & umbrella on the beach but we’re told that’s not true by the people in the beach hut and it would cost an additional $40. So its all not negative, the air conditioning is very good, the laundry room (the only updated room in the condo) is okay and it’s quite on the corner. The Complex itself is somewhat lacking as well. The kiddie pool was basically out of order since nothing worked (my three kids were very disappointed). I would not stay at this location again! --

Easy to work with when you are so far away from home.

I was lucky enough to stay in two of Sukainia's properties over the course of my vacation. Both of the properties had beautiful views and plenty of space. There were a few small kinks in the check in process, some things that previous renters left behind and a couple of maintenance issues but Sakainia and her staff went into over drive to fix any problems that I had. She stayed in complete contact with me the whole time and pulled some major strings to make sure that I was ok with my stay. The Laketown Wharf establishment was beyond what I could have imagined. People complained a lot about the timing of elevators, but I would give up a fast elevator any day for ease of service and security. They have the property well patrolled and so much to do and see without ever leaving the site. I was traveling with a small child who bounced from pool to pool and keep in mind there were 5 of them. I will always stay in one of her properties if they are available. Ps the view from the 10th floor pool deck was our favorite. :)

Great place to stay!

The condo itself was an awesome place to stay. My family of 6 (+2 kids) all fit very comfortably. I would give it a five star except during our stay, construction was being done on the North Garage. The noise woke us up the first two days. And there isn't enough elevators to accommodate the resort itself. But the rental isn't high up, so several times we took the stairs. The upside to the rental is the proximity to everything. We walked to the beach, Wonder Works, and Walmart. The condo was nice and clean! And the pics posted doesn't do the condo justice, it's really nice. We met Peter and he was extremely sweet, nice, and intelligent! We have already talked about coming back next year!

Amazing!

This is such a beautiful condo with a beautiful view from the balcony! Would definitely recommend anyone to come stay here, very clean and well- maintained, manager and owner were available for whatever we needed oh and very spacious!

We all had a great time in PCB, FL!

The condo was much larger than we ever expected which was a bonus from the start.The whole condo was fresh and decorated very nicely. The balcony was larger than excepted as well.There was plenty of room for our large party to all sit out and enjoy the summer nights.The location is fantastic. Its centrally located to some awesome restaurants, Walmart and all the fun activists for the kids. I can't say enough about the amenities.The pools and hot tubs were clean. We loved that they offered group activities for children. Washer and dyer is located in the condo which was very convenient. This condo is certainly worth the money since we had a large group it would have cost us double the amount if we rented several condos.This resort is wonderful!!! We will definitely be back.
