Thank you for your review of the cabin. The remote was in the cabin the whole time it was found under the theatre chairs by the cleaner that cleaner also said it was on the mantel when they cleaned it the last time which I agree it should have been in the theatre room. I am not sure how it got under the chairs but that is where it was found and this remote is a 500.00 remote so we can't just have an extra one here because it is so expensive. the fridge downstairs was fixed after your stay it was on showroom mode and needed to be rebooted and reset so I am very sorry about them not being able o get out there with it being the holiday until after your stay. I looked and a lot of these complaints were not reported to us so I am going to copy and paste this for our maintenance department so I thank you for letting us know about this and we will get it fixed.
