Beth has a history in interior design, entertaining, and shows creativity in everything she does. She has always had a passion and enthusiasm for growing herbs, veggies and fruits. Do not expect the ordinary. She loves “critters” and has surrounded herself and her family with plenty of furry or feathery friends. Her vision is to share the farm life with anyone who shows interest and to provide a unique property for people of all ages to enjoy.

Upon entering the Cabo Casa you are immediately surrounded by memorabilia from travels to Mexico. Often, guests refer to the transformation and feeling of, “Being somewhere in paradise.” The luxurious linens and spa like quality will embrace and enhance your stay. The patios are full of tropical plants, numerous succulents, and cacti. Don’t be surprised if you see bananas, avocados, or jalapeños with an abundance of fruit just waiting for harvest. Handmade mexican tiles create authenticity in the full kitchen, as well as custom one of a kind design sea turtles float on the walls to provide light and ambience. Relax in the secluded hot tub and watch as the farm animals come within ten feet to great you, as well as wildlife around the pond. Methodical planning of the entire property creates tranquility as you stroll through the international themed gardens. We take pride in growing and displaying unique plants; I.e. olives, artichokes, and citrus. Come explore our family farm and enjoy our fabulous greenhouse with an abundance of life.
