Private 4-bedroom pool home minutes from Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach. With a split floor plan, two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a kid's bunk room this home is great for big families, multiple couples, or two small families to enjoy. The total guest count in beds is 10. The backyard is a true oasis with a fully fenced yard lined with palms, lush landscaping, a heated and chilled pool, loungers, resort-style sitting areas, outdoor games, and a screened-in lanai with dining table, TV, and serve-through window from the kitchen. The home has a lot of natural light and is nice and airy. All linens are included in the rental as well as beach towels and folding beach chairs.
The home is on a corner lot, right across from Seminole High School, and within walking distance to a shopping center with food, retail, a hair salon, a bank, CVS, and a Winn Dixie. Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach is a short easy drive to the West. Seminole City Center is also a short drive away and is a large outdoor shopping area with retail, many restaurants, urgent care, a gym, and a movie theater.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each beachfront city and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Kitchen: The kitchen is galley style and fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, has all major appliances, quality cookware and bakeware, and a blender. The kitchen sink has a pool view and also a server window into the screened-in lanai that is convenient for passing food and drinks right out through the window. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining room has a coffee bar station with Keurig and drip coffee pot duo, a dining table that seats 8 guests and leads into the kitchen.
Living Room: The living room has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, large 72" smart TV, reading chair with USB lamp, extra charging ports for convenience, and games for the family. There is an extra dining table that seats 4 guests off the living room as well and has a direct pool view and TV view.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King sized bed, a large smart TV, a ceiling fan, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, a sliding door leading to the backyard, and a pool view
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bathroom has a tiled shower, toilet, and vanity as well as sliding door access to the side outdoor area. No tub.
Bedroom #2: The kids' bunk room has a bunk bed with a twin over a full-sized bed. There's also a smart TV, bean bag chair, large closet, and USB charging ports.
Bathroom #2: The guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a nice vanity, toilet, tub, and shower combination.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen-size bed, a backyard view, smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, and a closet.
Bedroom #4: Has a King-size bed, a ceiling fan, smart TV, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, a closet, and double sliding doors that lead to the screened-in lanai area that then leads out to the pool.
Laundry: The home has a laundry room off the dining room and garage with a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and room to hang up your clothing.
The outdoor area is a true oasis and can be seen from almost all rooms in the home allowing plenty of natural light into the home. Luxury blinds and shades have been added to the home to keep the light out at bedtime and when needed. The backyard is fully fenced and lined with palms and green landscape. The pool is the central focus and is heated and chilled for guest comfort and is surrounded by sun loungers, an umbrella, the resort-style sitting area under a pergola with a sun shade as an option, and three other sitting areas. There's also a gas grill, bag boards, and ladder golf.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces, depending on the size of the vehicles, 1 vehicle in the garage, and 2-3 in the driveway. There is no street or grass parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
