Welcome to The Grey Havens! This is the perfect house for a long-term stay as it is thoughtfully appointed for work and living with fast Wi-Fi, its central location, security, and all the amenities you expect!
Inside, you'll love the ample natural light, and the cheery, stylish and comfortable midcentury modern inspired furnishings. We provide super-fast 5G Wi-Fi and electrical outlets with integrated USB ports in all rooms so you easily stay connected for work , play or just life in general! In the fenced-in, private backyard, lots of lush green grass meets up to a backyard patio with a custom-built gas-lit wood burning fireplace, comfy seating, and smart TV where you can relax, grill out, or even work.
The location of The Grey Havens puts you less than 2 miles to downtown Plano with it's renown dining options, walkability and access to the downtown DART station. Bob Woodruff Park is less than a mile away, with 3.7 miles of paved trail for jogging and biking, and great off-trail jaunts through the forested area and around Rowlett Creek. Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, Plano's largest park which boasts nearly 8 miles of concrete trails and 5 miles of soft surface trails is10 minutes up the road. Go Ape, a zipline and treetop adventure venue, is located within the park and make for an awesome daytrip during your stay!

The space
This 1400 sq/ft home is in the established neighborhood of Briarwood in revitalizing East Plano. There is a 2-car garage with additional parking in the driveway. Natural light fills the home. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including stainless steel appliances, non-toxic ceramic nonstick cookware, and coffee maker. We also added bar seating which overlooks the backyard with a charging station nearby, making it what will probably be your favorite spot to sip your morning coffee or tea and greet the day. Full-size washer and dryer are included, as are of course linens and towels.
We stock the home with a starter pack of essentials which includes: -coffee, tea, sugar and sugar substitutes, EVOO, parchment paper, foil, ziplocks, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap& laundry detergent. -toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, 2 hairdryers.
- Master Bedroom: King Bed with luxurious Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Elite Kelburn mattress, 2 large closets, en-suite bath with shower/tub combo and lots of natural light from the privacy window, night stands with lamps, large dresser, dual electric plug/USB charging port, fan.

Conveniently located in quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly backyard. The house layout was very comfortable for visiting with our family. The use of garage was an added bonus! Host was very communicative and helpful. Should we return to DFW area for family visits, we will certainly try to stay at The Gray Haven again.

Beautiful home
This home was exactly what my family and I needed. I had family come visit from out of town and they loved staying here. The hosts have everything you could think of or need! Not one single detail was missed! The property was clean, the location was convenient, the property was beautiful and communication with the hosts was easy. I highly recommend this place and look forward to them staying again in the near future.

Alovely property that was just as advertised! Great location, walkable to parks, Walmart, and my daughter‘s house- we will definitely be back as this house checked all the boxes! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked, bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, clean clean! We were staying in Plano to allow me to spend time with new granddaughter, while my husband worked a locums position nearby, The separate office space for him was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my time on back porch with gas fireplace! 10/10

She's an Okie (Carrie Underwood's hometown is it's only claim to fame), he's a native Texan (Richardson, to be exact), but she doesn't hold that against him. They both are burning the candle trying to hold down the fort with 4 kids, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, a snake named Tony, and a business to boot. She loves to travel, and hopes one day to get to do more than just trips to the grocery store. He's most happy on a tractor. Feel free to ask us for a dozen of eggs, and we might surprise you with 2 dozen if our 25 hens are laying like they have been!

We also love that this property is in a quiet established neighborhood with easy access to major roads and highways, and close to everything for traveling healthcare professionals, and professionals in general.
