Ideal for making memories with family and friends on vacation in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Memory Maker is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo rental that can accommodate up to 8 guests. This Great Smoky Mountain condo is outfitted with great amenities sure to keep everyone entertained. Plus, it's in a convenient location with flat, paved roads to the condo complex that make your trips to and from downtown Gatlinburg attractions, shops, and eateries easier.

Play in the national park or mingle with folks in town before slipping away to your condo rental with a mountain view! Soak up the scenery with a glass of wine or local moonshine. If it's chilly, toss a few logs onto the burning fireplace, open a good book, and get cozy under a plush blanket. For more entertainment, switch on the big screen TV, or hop on the high speed Wi-Fi.

Within the Windswept Condos community, you can fire up a grill for cookouts or splash in the outdoor swimming pool in summer. There are also benches, along with a small garden and picnic tables. Around the pool, enjoy lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, an outdoor hot tub, and nearby restrooms.

After enjoying the great outdoors, run a load of laundry in the in-unit washer/dryer before drawing a relaxing bath in the indoor jetted tub. Time for bed? Spread out in a mix of 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin, and 1 sleeper. Each bedroom even has its own TV. There's also a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks whenever, just another convenience at Memory Maker in Gatlinburg!

Kitchen was fully equipped. Condo was clean. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a VRBO property! View was amazing. Communication was superb. 10/10 recommend.

Everything was great. The beds were comfy, had everything you would need for the kitchen. Really nice place. Love the screen porch. Nice tomato out there and have your cup of whatever and look at the mountains. Here’s my petty stuff that’s not a deal breaker I would stay here again if available. The ice maker doesn’t work good so bring your own ice. The exhaust fan in the bathroom w 2 beds doesn’t work. The rug in the living room is a trip hazard, one corner is flipped up and won’t go down.

The condo was great. The views are wonderful. The only negatives were that the bathtub in the secondary bedroom was not clean….very dirty and the ice maker did not work.

Nice getaway

The place was decent and the price fair. We were so excited about the tub but you only get enough hot water to fill it up half way. Be careful booking in the winter, you are going up the mountain!!

Absolutely beautiful views

They weren't exactly upfront about the steepness of the mountain but we absolutely loved it. There were a few things that need repairs. The views are amazing and so worth the climb.

Comfortable Condo

This was a comfortable place to stay for our family of 5. It was neat and clean. Our three kids shared the room with 2 queen beds and my husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom. We liked that there were TVs in each room. The kitchen was spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We spent a lot of time on the couch there, looking out at Mt. LeConte. We would stay here again.

Amazing views

The view from our condo was beautiful 😍. We stayed in the “memory maker” condo in Gatlinburg TN. I’m giving 4 stars because our bath tube in our master bedroom was a little dirty when we arrived. I think it was because the tub was clogged. I emailed them to let them know the issue but until know I haven’t received any response.

We are not smart tv literate. The tv took us several hours to be able to get the game. Not user friendly. Had to buy subscription for 1 game. Otherwise great trip. Would be nice to have extra light bulbs. Nice property and we had a great time.

Very nice with a few suggestions

We had 4 adults and 2 children, ages 11 1/2 and 2 1/2 staying at Making Memories. The drive up to the place and leaving on the last day was a little challenging considering we were pulling a 4'x8' U-Haul trailer behind a large SUV. Some or the turns were sharp and steep, but we made it. The neighborhood was nice and parking lot was flatter which was nice since we had to park the car and trailer. The parking lot had plenty of spaces. The landscaping, trees, and scenery around the place was serene and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times. The actual condo was very nice. There were stairs, but luckily, we could hand stuff down from the wall in the parking lot instead of dragging everything down the stairs. The AC worked well, and the place had nice rooms. We enjoyed the patio and living room overlooking the mountains and trees! It was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and we used it many times to make meals. The washer and dryer in the unit was also handy a couple of times for washing towels and swimsuits. The bedrooms were a good size. The King bed was a little slanted toward the head, but the mattress was good. We suggest bigger and more pillows. The bathtub near the King room easily stopped up though. We suggest getting new white bath towels. They were a little rough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We even saw a few bears on our vacation, even in the neighborhood! Thank you!

On top of the mountain

The condo is spacious and nicely designed including 2BR and 2 BA with the master bathroom with two rooms and two sinks. See the sunrise from the screened in porch. It was quiet and we did not hear neighbors. The management company cabins for you did not have the condo ready for use as dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty, kitchen table legs so loose it nearly collapsed, a full can of recycled cans left in kitchen, food stains on chairs, and no std coffee maker as reported (keurig only). Also, visitors need some written directions for the wonderful large smart TV as it has two remote controls and runs Samsung TV channels. A cabins for you welcome kit provided 1 dishwasher pod, 1 coffee pod for a std coffee maker, 1 roll of low quality paper towel, a sponge and sink dish soap for our 4 day stay. I would preferred to pay an extra $25, and have 4 dishwasher pods , extra paper towels, and the correct keurig coffee pods ( or at least communicated there was only a keurig so pods could be purchased prior to the first morning without coffee!). The cabins for you wi-fi was too slow and streamed movies buffered which required restarting the router and movie several times. Of note, there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. After overcoming these avoidable issues, we had an enjoyable trip including hiking in the smokies and many of the activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

From meeting cleanliness issues, along with WiFi that was not strong, issues with operating the television, loose legs on the kitchen table, and misinformation about the coffee maker in the property, we completely understand your frustration as we strive to provide a stress-free getaway for our guests. Though it is stated in our pre-arrival email that is sent out about three days before your check-in date that we only provide a starter amount of items in our guest starter bag, we do apologize if this information was not clear enough. Though we wish we had the opportunity to address these matters during your stay, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention, and we have shared your feedback with the correct departments to ensure your concerns are looked into. Overall, we are pleased that you had a fantastic time with us, and we would love to host a more enjoyable getaway for you and your guests in the near future!
