The Space:

This spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Prestigious Frost Fire in Keystone, Colorado is perfect for your next mountain getaway. Relish in the serene views from not 1, but 2 private decks. Walk to the slopes for a day of skiing and riding in the winter or grab your bike and enjoy all the bike paths Keystone has to offer right out the back door in the summer months. Relax after a day of riding in one of the 2 community hot tubs just outside or retreat to the master bedroom with a full, en-suite bathroom.



This unit features a large living area with a gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa, as well as windows and glass sliding doors to enjoy all the mountain views from inside. Whip up your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and modern appliances. Plenty of space to enjoy those foods either at the dining room table with seating for 4, or the bartop with 4 stools.



Frost Fire is about a 7 minute walk from the mountain house base and Peru Lift and is only about a 10 minute walk to the River Run Village as well as River Run Gondola and Summit Express Lifts. Enjoy all that the River Run Village has to offer including restaurants, bars, and shops. This unit is a short walk to the Snake River Saloon, where you can enjoy a fine dining experience, or enjoy live music on weekends in the Saloon, and close to the gateway plaza where you can find restaurants, coffee, grocery and liquor.

This was the perfect unit for our stay, and definitely on our list to book again. It's a very well kept unit with amazing views, and privacy. Everything was as described and it was an easy10 minute walk from the unit to getting on the Peru lift, tops. PMI was also very good communicating, making sure we had all the info we needed for our stay before checking in!

As usual a great place to stay. A short walk to Mountain House lift. A very quiet and relaxing stay! Love the upgrades to the property.

Amazing views

Amazing stay and the views were amazing. You can watch the skiers from the living area and walking distance to river run and mountain house. It was a great stay!

Great place

This listing lived up to its description. It was roomy and has many beautiful views. There is a trail that leads to the Peru lift…about half a mile. It was not a problem for us to walk there and you can store your skis at the base of the mountain. I would return to this condo. It was great.

Great property

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was very quiet, but walking distance to everything. Our only complaint was that the bedroom could really use room darkening curtains. It was very bright early in the morning! Overall, it was great. We plan to stay here again.

Great views!

Nicely furnished condo with all amenities needed. Corner unit just as described with lots of windows and beautiful scenery. Stairs to the condo on the third floor are carpeted which made for an easier ascend. Walking distance to the heart of the village for dinning, shopping and easy access to the bike path. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Condo was excellent for us. Great view, very private top floor condo in small building. Rooms interesting (almost hexagonal bedroom and living room) allowing for windows everywhere, so it is bright and airy. Two balconies, complete with hummingbirds. Walking distance to a few amenities and restaurants, easy drive to grocery store, close to Frisco and Breck. Will plan to stay there next time we visit.

Light, bright condo

Condo was great for us. Loved the location - balconies, view up the valley, hummingbirds for entertainment. Excellent location on top floor, very quiet, almost a private entrance. Interesting design/bedroom and living room almost hexagonal so there are lots of windows, very bright. Pretty much everything we needed, perfect for two. Location is central in Keystone, so easy to get up to Loveland Pass, or down to Dillon/Silverthorne stores, also pretty close to Frisco and Breck. It's where we'll stay next time in the area.

Excellent Rental in Keystone

We (2 parents, 2 kids) stay in Summit County every Dec/Jan for about a week. We prefer to cook most meals and ski for several days during the stay. There is plenty of room to set up, store your clothes, etc. The kitchen was stocked and there is a gas grill outside (we grilled steaks one night). The pull-out sofa is a memory foam type material, so you won't be stuck by stray springs. Our kids found it the most comfortable compared to past pull-out sofas. Regarding location, if you're in decent shape, it's not a bad walk to either village, but I felt like the walk to River Run was a little easier. Several days I dropped everyone off and walked back over so we didn't have to tote skis. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Location for comfy 1 bedroom

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. The layout is good, and having 2 full baths was nice. Location was easy drive to River Run or Peru lift skier drop off or parking. We thought it would be walkable, but in ski boots & carrying skis & poles, decided to drive. Our son & his family stayed in neighboring building in beautiful & spacious 3 bedroom. Lots of stairs for us (just 2 flights) for unloading and loading car again, but no issue for younger people. Plus: fully enclosed shower in master was steamy and great. Small but well equipped kitchen. Negative: temperature in condo varied widely, sun really warmed living area in afternoon. Communication with management company was less than optimal. We requested early access to condo and received standard answer- “if cleaning process is completed, you can get in. We’ll let you know.” Cleaning crew was gone, so we proceeded to grocery store, but ended up waiting outside door with groceries until exactly 4:00 when door code was activated. Hot tub had been drained and refilled, but heater was not turned back on. Our calls were in effective, but another management company ensured that someone came to check & turn heater back on. Overall, we would definitely book a Frost Fire condo again.

Great location- nice space

In and out was seamless. Well stocked kitchen. Great view of the mountain with trail to argentine lift. 3rd floor end unit had a lot of stairs but was nice and private. The hot tub needs attention, both were pretty murky and the one didn’t work.
