Beautifully decorated spacious modern home on Agaming golf course - Sundance Hole 7. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Enjoy the common area with family/friends along with the shaded backyard deck while overlooking the greens. This location provides wonderful access to Northern Michigan countryside and a great landing spot to explore Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, and Boyne City. Grand Traverse Bay is to the left, and Torch Lake is to the right.

Short stays, weekly and monthly, are available.

We recently stayed for a few days for golf and boating with friends. The property was super clean and accurately described. Plenty of room for lots of guests to fit comfortably. Management was super responsive to all of our needs. I wouldn’t mind coming back next year! Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed at this home for several days and it was perfect. The large fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook for our group. The best amenity was a bathroom in every bedroom! Great location and easy for us to venture out to nearby Charlevoix. Super clean as well. Will definitely go back.

Perfect for a Group Golf Trip!

Our group of 8 stayed at this property during our golf trip and this property was perfect in every sense! The house is much larger than it even appears in pictures, contact with property manager was seamless, and the property was exceptionally clean. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Beautiful house!!

The house is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything was well stocked, rooms are spacious, bathrooms beautiful, and just an awesome house. Had a few issues with getting a hold of someone when issues came up but...other than that, we enjoyed out stay!

Exceeded Expectations: Perfect family escape

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was even larger than expected, perfectly equipped and so homey. The photos were very accurate and the location was central to many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the quality of the linens (including towels) was top notch. We felt like we got the pleasures of a luxury hotel stay with the convenience of home. We would definitely come back and wish we had a longer stay!

On the greens of A Ga Ming resort and a stones throw from Torch Lake, the beautiful up to date and fully accommodating lodge was just what we needed along our vacation weekend up north! Just wished we’d had more time there! Will be back.

Beautiful home in private setting

Overall the house was perfect for our family and we had a great stay. The home looks like it does in the pictures. We brought our kids, in-laws and my brother-in-law and we had plenty of space and everyone had their own bedroom space. We really didn't have any reason to contact the hose but we did receive several emails and texts with updates. Would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Place for a group!

Everything was perfect! We had a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 teenage boys. The four bedrooms are all approximately the size of a hotel room, including a large closet and large bathroom in each of the rooms. The kitchen is large and the floor plan is wide open so the hang out space is perfect! There are TV's everywhere, the beds and linens are all very comfortable. We will be back!!

Beautiful home, great location

This home is stunning. We were there for a girls weekend for snowshoeing. The house is located directly on the golf course so we were out the back door to snowshoe. Each bedroom has its own bath which was awesome with 12 women trying to get ready. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils needed and the great room was very comfy. The instructions from the host were very timely and very clear. We will definitely rent this home again

Nice place!

The location of this home was simply unbeatable. Nestled on Agaming Golf Course, we were treated to stunning views of the Northern Michigan countryside, with Grand Traverse Bay to the left and Torch Lake to the right. It served as the perfect launching pad for exploring nearby attractions such as Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, and Boyne City, each offering its own unique charm and beauty. And let's not forget about the convenience of being just 7 miles from A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort. Whether you're an avid golfer or simply looking to enjoy a round in the scenic surroundings, this proximity was a definite plus. We would definitely come back here. Especially with the help of Christian and his team, we really loved it!

BUYER BEWARE!! Nice place, until three main bathrooms downstairs backed up with raw sewage spewing thru showers. Feces soaked water flooded entire downstairs - laundry room, hallway, and 3BR. Had to emergency evacuate house, including walking thru human waste in the evacuation. Unimaginable. Wrecked a vacation - people came in from four states, including TX and FL. True North provided three displacement options - two places were dreadful and the one we settled at was only okay, steep downgrade. True North/Christian only partially corrected the situation with a 50% refund. He ultimately stopped replying to my calls and texts. Unprofessional. Vrbo refused to refund a $499 service fee for a 3-night stay (was supposed to be 6 nights). Refunding half of the $499 would have resolved this. Reached out w/ photographic proof to Vrbo and they gave me a canned answer that the whole reservation was not canceled, so they cannot refund anything. Would they charge $499 for a one night stay? What's their human feces customer service policy? Worse travel experience ever - BUYER BEWARE with renting from True North, this property, or Vrbo. Do not know how to submit photos or videos, but we have the proof. Just dreadful and disgusting. Shame on them all.

Hi Dave, I’m sincerely sorry you had to experience this very unusual and unfortunate situation. The house is 3 years old and underwent an in depth inspection less than a year ago. The flood that occurred in the lower level of the house was both unexpected and unpreventable at that time. The owners have since completely renovated the lower level and made comprehensive corrections to prevent this from happening again. I understand the importance of trust you have when booking a vacation. I do not take this lightly and truly want all of our guests to feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of especially when unplanned events occur. I provided you with every option I could to make this situation right. I offered you several different lodging options free of charge and also refunded you, all of which you accepted with grace and understanding. I also tried to advocate for you with VRBO to have your service fee refunded but ultimately it was something that needed to be dealt with by the guest. We care deeply about our guests and their experience as with our owners. We are very sorry you had to experience this situation. Our team worked very hard to take care of you and your guests. We will continue to provide our guests with excellent hospitality, communication, honesty and corrections when necessary.

Cousins Weekend

From one of our attendees: I found the accommodations to be excellent. Everything was spotless and all rooms were well appointed. The entire house was well maintained and had many xtras including a well supplied kitchen, games, books and table tennis. The champagne was another special touch. I would highly recommend this property. Unfortunately, due to having contracted Covid, I was not able to go for the weekend. Everything I’ve heard was that the accommodations were wonderful. I enjoyed working with you and your company in setting it up and will plan to return at some point. Thanks, Theresa Srebinski

Great House for Families

Very nice house, setup well for multiple couples/families with en-suite bathrooms and multiple beds in each bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and dinning room accommodates lots of people. Deck is nice and garage has a ping pong table. Close to area attractions.

Disappointing

My family planned this trip months in advance where we could gather grandparents and grandchildren to see each other safely during the pandemic. We are generally an easy-going group, and I have never provided negative feedback, however, I felt that if I were considering staying here again, I would have liked some honest feedback from previous renters. The major disappointment for us was the lack of communication and any sort of attempt to resolve concerns from management. The main issues related to this were: 1. Air conditioner was broken the entire week we were there. We were called night before check in and they told us it would be fixed the day of check in. We received no refund or attempt to contact us and offer anything for this. 2. There were maggots and flies in an overflowing garbage can in the garage, that we ultimately wheeled out to the road because our request to get trash emptied went unanswered. 3. There was an active wasp nest in the garage, where the ping pong table is and our children were playing and stung. We had asked for this to be removed, it was not. 4. The neighboring properties in the complex & the said rental all had intermittent sewer back up to the on-site sewer field - periodically there were terrible smells coming from the shared sewer system, such that one could not even sit outside due to the smell. One one occasion this permeated the unused bedroom in the basement of the property during out stay - we couldn't have used the room if we wanted to due to the intermittent smell. We made 4 calls & left messages for management. I also sent a message on the VRBO app because we were getting no call back from the messages. I finally reached someone by phone on day 2 (Natalie) who said she would make sure the items were addressed and would follow up with me - none of the items were addressed and we received no follow up for the entire duration of our stay.

Amazing Location and Amenities

Our stay was wonderful. The views of the course are unbeatable. The house is brand new and very well maintained. There was a minor hiccup during check in but the CEO of the property group personally apologized for the minor inconvenience. I plan a golf trip for my buddies and I every year and our only regret this year was that we didn't book this place for longer than 1 night. Next year we plan to stay here for 2-3 nights so that we can take advantage of the amazing property and courses.

Couples weekend

The home is beautiful, we had two things toliet in one of the room was down. Also trash in the garage. But once I called and spoke to Christian he had it resolved. I will be back because we felt comfortable the places was like home. I give it a 5 ⭐.
