The house was very clean and even had more beds than I thought. If we ever stay in that area again, we will definitely stay there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only suggestion I would have for the host is to provide more towels and blankets.

The residency was clean and everything was neat and in their own place. The place felt like home. Everything we needed was provided and the host was amazing in communicating with us. Anything we needed to know they were happy to help.

We had a wonderful stay and a positive experience with our host, Seth. The house was just what we needed for the weekend and was perfectly set up for our 3 families. Our kiddos enjoyed the basement of activities! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space in the driveway for our 3 cars. We were there for a concert at Rupp Arena and the house was conveniently located a few minutes away from the arena. There were plenty of places to dine in the area as well. Overall we had a really great experience and our host was quick to communicate.

The place clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable. As this was a work trip, that was the most important for us. The location was central for us and provided for a good nights sleep.

We were satisfied with our stay at the Downtown Lexington home. The location was great. It was very close to downtown Lexington proper. The communication with the host was excellent. he replied to any questions within minutes. Check in was super easy with no problems. The house was as described. It was great having all 4 spacious bedrooms with king beds and 2 of the bedrooms upstairs had queen beds also. We loved the space the house gave us. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well appointed. Extra pillows, towels and a well-stocked kitchen were available. Now on to things we were not happy with. The furniture in the living room was light colored; it did have spots and stains on them. The cushions had seen better days, they were mushy which made them "swallow you up" and the couch was odorous. I would suggest it is time for a new couch. The front porch could use some work; it was sinking in the middle. While I'm at it, a banister for the porch would be helpful especially for seniors. Also, though the owner has no control over this, the neighbor next door needs to cut his lawn and put some work into taking care of his property. It really is a shame for the owner of this Vrbo.All in all, we had a good stay at this property. We had plenty of space for 5 women in town to explore Lexington.

Communication with Seth was amazing, immediate, and helpful. The house is recently updated and beds abound. There is even one more queen bed than the listing boasted. The basement houses a five washer and dryer and more than a ping Pong table. Children also enjoyed a basketball game and foosball. Convenient to downtown and Legends Field.
