This is the perfect place to host your next large group gathering and will give you lots of space to stretch out!

With comfy furniture thought out, tastefully decorated, and TVs in several rooms, everyone will find a place to cozy up and relax after a long day exploring Southern Utah or splashing in the pool. You are also welcome to utilize the community pool and hot tub or venture out to the many trails located right near this neighborhood.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!

Amazing houses so much room pool is smaller then looks online but still very nice ……..the rock stairs to get up on the slide and the little to no railing on top is quite dangerous with little kids and can be a little stressful but that was the only concern everything else was excellent and will book again

This property was so clean and well-decorated. It created the most magical environment for a type of family reunion for my extended family around the event of my son’s wedding. The pool was everything for the kids and young adults and the rest of the family was so excited about how comfortable their rooms and the house were. It was the best decision we made and we would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again. Worth it!!!

Family Reunion

This was the perfect get away for a family. We had bsbies to great grand parents. We all the pool and many things to do. We came together as a family from many locations, played games, visited, grilled out and relaxed. The weather was super’ the accommodations were great. Recommend to anyone yin getting together

Perfection

This setup was perfect for our family vacation. The pool and slide provided hours and hours of fun from the youngest (4) to the oldest (59). The houses were clean and had what we needed. The neighborhood was clean and close enough to everything we wanted to do while here. I would recommend this to anybody.

Amazing family home

This house was perfect for extended family gathering. We had 4 families coming together to stay at the house. There were plenty of rooms and beds. It was spacious and clean. The best thing about this place was the pool! The kids were in there constantly and we ate outside for almost every meal. We will definitely been booking this again in the future.

Family vacation

Our family stretches from Seattle to Concord, MA to Pittsburgh, PA. The week was wonderful! There is a closet under the steps that was a 4year old dream cave/plane/vacation/ or whatever the imagination held! The pool was the hit and incredibly refreshing. Even the pool guy got into the 4-year olds imaginative world by showing them what was in the locked closet “full of lasers” (the lights on the filtration equipment). The area is full of adventures with the National Parks and dinosaur visits! Wonderful week and great family memories!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

Our whole family gathered in St. George for Thanksgiving and it was the best stay we've ever had! We had two homes that were next to each other that had 4 bedrooms each! There was plenty of room for our 4 adult kids and their spouses and all our grandkids! The kitchens were fully stocked so that we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner together and gather around the table and kitchen counter to eat together. The best part was the backyard which had a heated pool with a slide and hot tub. We all spent a lot of time in the pool! The little ones loved the swing set and mini golf, as well. If it was warmer, we would have eaten outside and used the grill and outdoor fireplace--it all looked amazing and super clean! We had a couple of questions and the property manager texted back within seconds! They were a dream to work with! We will be returning to these amazing houses soon and have told all our friends and family about our wonderful St. George vacation! Thank you!

Summer Family Fun!

The properties are exceptional, we had both homes and each one was beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for our family of 15. We swam in the pool daily as temperatures were over 100 and there were so many pool toys and the pool slide to make it enjoyable every day. We utilized the Pool house for most of get togethers (dinners etc...) and sometimes we just sat outside under the shelter by the pool. It was gorgeous! Don't bring any kitchen items - they have more than enough! Leave the towels at home as well! They were also very generous with the household items - we had more than enough Dishwashing soap, laundry soap, bath soap, trash bags etc... Redrock Vacations took care of everything we needed, they were always available to answer questions via text or a call during business hours. The only thing I would change is perhaps getting out there earlier or later in the year - when it's not so hot! Also some darkening blinds or drapes on the upstairs bedrooms to keep things cooler. We highly recommend these homes for any sort of large gatherings - there is a noise rule after 10pm, however; we were so tired from the day activities, we never made it past 9pm! From the children to the adults - we rate this a 5-Star Accommodation! So much FUN!

Very memorable Team building location.

I came with my athletes and coaches races the Ironman World Champs. We much enjoyed this property for all the amenities it offered with the outdoor eating area, the kids play area ( which my daughter loved and was on every day ) and the pool and hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again as it was great to host dinners with our athletes and coaches each day. Very memorable trip
