Réunissez-vous dans la grande salle à manger ouverte avec plusieurs tables et un comptoir. Il existe de nombreuses options de places assises à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 50 personnes!

Il y a neuf chambres spacieuses dont trois grandes chambres avec lits superposés. La plupart des chambres disposent d'un lit king-size et d'un canapé-lit pour plus de couchage. En bas, vous trouverez une grande salle de jeux avec baby-foot, ping-pong et air hockey. Il y a une salle de sport avec un vélo elliptique, un tapis de course et des poids libres. Vous ne manquerez pas votre travail pendant que vous êtes en vacances! Au sous-sol, vous trouverez également une deuxième cuisine complète avec une table à manger pour 8 personnes. Il y a une table de billard avec une grande salle familiale et une télévision géante. Ne manquez pas la table de jeu regorgeant de jeux amusants et de puzzles pour tous. Au sous-sol, nous avons deux grandes chambres avec lits superposés qui ont chacune accès à leur propre salle de bain.

À l'extérieur se trouve la grande piscine chauffée privée avec beaucoup de chaises, chaises longues et tables avec parasols pour se détendre. Vous ne pouvez pas manquer le grand bain à remous pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a un grand bac à sable, un trampoline enterré, une pelouse pour le volley-ball, des souliers et d'autres jeux de pelouse. Grande zone pavée avec un panier de basket et quatre carrés. Easter with family

It was great to be together and this house has the space. The house is tired but has what you need. Talked with the host about some of the cleanliness issues and she said she would address them with the cleaning crew.

Poor Management of Property

We were hopeful for the great location near Snow Canyon and lots of activities at the property, but this was the worst stay we have ever had at a rental. We all came from out of state and after driving for hours was notified just a few hours before that the cleaning wouldn't be done on time and we were postponed getting in for a few hours. When we did get to the property, the trash was overflowing from all the different trash cans and was piled all over the ground area. I was in constant contact with the host - she was responsive and tried to help, but honestly it really took away from our trip having to deal with so many problems that kept coming up and not all were resolved. I did appreciate her efforts, but overall I do not feel the rental is well taken care of. Many things are run down and look very old and used. There was no toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags in the house for 27 people! The carpets were filthy and had so many sticky goat heads from the fields around that kept stabbing us. There was also tons of popcorn and other food crumbs on the couches and carpet areas. The carpet on the stairs is really run down and dirty. One bedroom didn't have any sheets on the bed (King) and a TV didn't work in another bedroom. There was only 1 towel per person and overall the house was just poorly stocked - we had to bring our own pool towels. Garbage disposal was jammed and she asked us to fix it - and hot tub was not hot, luke warm and pool guy never came.

Thanksgiving gathering

The house is really nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. The parking was great! We brought side by sides and they all fit great. Lots of games for all ages. Host was great, communication was great. Pingpong paddles need an update. Bring extra pickleball paddles, which well did. We had a great time!

Large and accommodating. Lots to do at the house.

Had a large group of 32 stay with comfort and plenty of room to sleep in beds (didn’t use any pull outs). Host was easy to contact and very easy process in and out. Stayed 3 days and paid to have the pool heated off-season since they keep it at 86 when they heat it. It was wonderful. There were a few minor maintenance items that did not significantly affect our stay. Would recommend for any large groups.

Great Place for a Family Reunion

Our family enjoyed this house for our reunion this year and everyone who could make it this year had a room to sleep in especially with the bunk beds and the many options in bedding that the house had for us. The outside amenities was a bonus and everyone enjoyed the pickle ball court and pool. Thank you Monica for being a great host! We will definitely book again with you in the future. Thank you!

AMAZING VRBO especially for BIG families and DEF Pickleball Heaven!

We stayed with a family of about 30 people ranging in age from 2yo to 70yo and everyone had an absolute BLAST!! We had a family pickleball tournament and thoroughly enjoyed ALL of the swimming, hot tubbing, arcade gaming, and so many fun outside and inside games. We didn't have any trouble entertaining our large group of varying ages and everyone was very comfortable with the many, many bed options and loads of space. Our host, Monica, was very kind and polite and easy to get ahold of. Very quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues which the only issue we had was utilizing too many outlets in the kitchen and blowing a fuse. With such a large group of people, things are bound to go wrong, so it was relieving that we only had the one issue which as stated, was resolved very quickly. Monica was also INCREDIBLE to let us get a late check out with short notice which was super helpful. We loved this VRBO experience and hope to return again soon. Thank you, Thank you!!

Nice family reunion retreat

We loved the big property that we could all have bedrooms. Loved the pool and pickle ball court. Nice huge kitchen eating area plus deck shaded in afternoon and close enough to pool to be able to watch kids in the pool.

Week of fun

We enjoyed the house, pool and pickleball court. Plenty of seating in the kitchen as well as needed pots and pans, etc. Loved playing ping pong and billiards. Plenty of comfortable beds.

Nice reunion spot

Great place with lots of room for family. Communication and check in was excellent. Major amenities were enjoyed and worked. There is wear and tear in places, especially with outdoor furniture and toys, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Place for a Family reunion

Could have been great

The house was large enough to accommodate our large family gathering and the location was great for what we were looking for. The set up was good with a pool, pickle ball court, game, room, and work out room. However, there were dangerous issues that can't be overlooked: Pool gate doesn’t close (can just be pushed open) - violates Utah pool safety code which requires a fencing with a functioning latch. A joint and pills were laying out on the downstairs patio - illegal Grill not cleaned, caked on food catching fire when turned on Landscapers arrived in the middle of our stay, sprayed chemicals within 5ft of kids playing and hit people with weed whacking debris Hole in the trampoline Treadmill belt ripped up and broken No screens on upstairs windows Discomforts: Air conditioning not working upstairs Three different fans not working (two upstairs) Pool filter not turned on Downstairs showers not getting hot Hot tub barely warm (99degrees) Sheets provided don’t fit pullout bed Secret room smells terrible Broken/ dirty: Carpet not vacuumed Cobwebs and dead bugs Window broken and taped together in main living space Toilet seat broken, Shower curtain filthy Sink not fully connected in kitchen - sprayed water all over when turned on Umbrellas broken Outdoor cushions ripped Patio floor filthy Tables not wiped down No filtered water / sink water tastes terrible Cupboards hanging open broken Pool room filthy This could have been a great place to stay if maintained.

Best vacation rental todate

We have a tradition of spending New Year with friends and family. We always find a property that accommodates nearly 30 people and spend the New Year together. This house rated as the best by the group. Lot of beds, huge Kitchen, common areas to chill, heated pool and Hot tub, games (indoor and outdoor). Best vacation rental and holiday ever.

Large Families Great get away

We had a family reunion of 36. The layout out of the home was a wonderful size for our large group. There was tons of activities for all ages. The pool was dirty and pump wasn't running but home owner acted quick to get it going. One a/c condenser was freezing up but home owner also paid for someone to come out that day. Was easy and quick to talk with home owner. We stayed 4 nights and that was the perfect amount for our family. Some people went on hikes every morning. A few people went to a theater show.

Great House!

This was a family reunion-- my husband and I, 5 married children with spouses, and 18 grandchildren ages 5 months to 21 years old! So a total of 30 people. The house was large enough that everyone had a bed. Spacious seating area on all levels. Plenty of tables and chairs. There were toys and games for all ages. Everyone enjoyed the pool with the water slide and pickle ball court. There was also a backyard grass area where we could play lawn games. We have rented houses before for this reunion. This is by far the best house we have rented! We loved it!

Fantastic home for large family

We had a large family gathering to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary and wanted to find a large home that was family friendly with lots of amenities. This home had it all and was perfectly setup for a large family. We would absolutely come back again

This house has EVERYTHING!

I've stayed at a lot of different properties over the years and this house is stocked up on everything you need for your stay! This is not bare bones at all, which is more of what I've experienced so it was such a great surprise! We had tons of kids in all ranges and they had so much fun and kept busy. I don't think we ever heard "I'm bored" from any of them. We utilized ALL the things from swimming, to pickle ball, trampoline, pool table, etc etc. This was our family reunion and our purpose was mainly to be together! We had so much room to do that, even as a big group over 30 people! We never felt on top of each other. We always ate together and even had some game nights all together in the living room. Monica was awesome to work with. She's very responsive and you could tell she wanted to make sure we had a great time, which we did. I recommend this house without any hesitations. It's also in a great location, right next to Snow Canyon which we has great hiking and we took our big family picture.

The location and size of this property were perfect for our large family. We particularly loved all the amenities provided and were only disappointed that we couldn’t use the outside amenities more due to cold rainy days.

Family reunion

This was a wonderful house for our family! The view of the hills behind the house was awesome but there are some neighbors that don’t upkeep their property too well but overall the amenities made up for that! We loved the big living room with wraparound couch! Kitchen worked well for cooking for our group. Was a great time! I would stay here again.

Our second time staying. We returned from last year because we enjoyed the spacious and many accommodations. Situated close to scenic Snow Canyon but 10 minutes from St George.

Great space! A perfect reunion spot!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The space is huge with tons of activities to do. We had poor weather but the amount of indoor play options was great. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. However, a few things to note. The whole house could use a good deep clean. Lots of dust and bits of garbage and items behind couches, under beds, etc. Kitchen needs a good wipe down too. Windows are pretty old and dirty which impacts the beautiful view. Back door to deck needs to have a new lock. Doesn't stay shut unless door is locked. Ice maker was broken pool heater broke, water slide water wasn't working. No hot water in bathtubs, showers were fine. All these issues were addressed but not all fixed. Overall, I would recommend this space and hope these items were addressed. The new pickleball court was an absolute blast!
