Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful walking areas for dogs. Love the screened-in porch with lots of seating and outside eating with a nice breeze and screened in from the bugs. Beautiful photo op in the backyard in front of a big palm.

The house was clean and very modern. Plenty of rooms, new amenities and a njce common space. Really enjoyed using the porch in the mornings, and loved the accessibility to the beach.

Perfect home for Naples stay

Perfect home for a stay in Naples! Cannot recommend enough. The location was great, a few minutes to the beach and grocery stores. House was extremely clean and every little detail was thought of! Plenty of space and couldn’t ask for anything more. Maury was an amazing host, definitely stay here during your time in Naples!

Property was easy to find and convenient to beach and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Great beach chairs, umbrella, and cart to use. Bikes to use. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans to use. Driveway to park in. Nice size yard but it needed to be mowed.i would stay there again.

Immaculate!!!

Maury and Mey were a dream to deal with. They accommodated my family a day early due to a previous reservation falling through. This property was immaculate and they provided everything we needed and so many extras! Super clean, updated, and close to the beach. Very safe and pretty neighborhood. They were very responsive to any questions I had. We felt so relaxed and at home here! Would stay here again and again!

Perfect Stay

My partner and I decided to extend our LDW trip and work remotely for a week in Naples. We were very happy with this beach house. Fantastic location - a mile from the beach, the Ritz and restaurants at the Mercado shopping center. The house is upgraded - really appreciated the new appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, oven etc). The desk and provided monitor were such a help with remote work that week. The beds were very comfortable and TVs are quality. We would 100% stay again.

We requested a coffee pot as soon as we entered the property and did not get a reply. The property is well equipped otherwise. All IKEA furniture but new and functional. Instructions were easy to follow. We would recommend it but bring your own coffee pot….. LOL!

Excellent!

The host was very responsive before and after booking. The home is adorable, clean and stocked with everything you need. There’s a bicycle, loaded beach wagon, baby pack and play, and screened patio with outdoor furniture. Cookware, shampoo/soap/conditioner and cleaning supplies were all there. We are former VRBO hosts, and this one is getting it right. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing place to stay!

Our family has been vacationing in Naples Park for a few years now. This place was by far the best! It was absolutely perfect for our family. The front porch is perfect to sit on any time of the day. It gives such a Florida feeling. The house had such a clean and sunny vibe to it. The property manager was so easy to get in touch with and I feel communication is always key. It is super close to the beach and many other great spots. We truly hope to vacation again in this house next Easter. You will love this house when you stay in it.
