This is a Five bedroom 3 bath home located walking distance to Gulfport Bay beach and pier and local rest and shops. This house has it all. Game room, pool table, ping pong table, to many games to count.
We had a family group down for a graduation and the house was perfect for our needs. Good location to the college, beach, and downtown but also with good walkable bars/restaurants. The town is still recovering from the hurricanes, but thereâs enough open to find what you need.
The house was walking distance to everything we wanted and more. Host was very responsive with any questions and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Perfect Location
This house is great for groups, and is in the perfect location. A short 2 minute walk and you are at the beach, another 3 minutes and you are on the main drag of Gulfport. The ping pong table was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location, clean stay with lots of beds and updated kitchen
This was a nice property! The location was so close to downtown Gulfport and was awesome. The home was roomy and accommodated our group of 11 very well. The kitchen was beautiful with nice cabinets and updated appliances. The arcade games and ping pong table were nice bonuses.
We stayed because of the great reviews and the location. Super cute area, really fun vibe, very hippie/LGBTQ/beach bum friendly. We had great vegan ice cream and Italian food and ran into some super fun and friendly people. Short walk to a marina and kayak input. Very short drive to St Pete Beach and St Petersburg proper.
About the property:
PROS: again, location. Super cute little house. Slept our group fine. Three bathrooms, 4+ bedrooms. Really nice kitchen, great showers and water pressure. As noted, low pressure in the kitchen sink due to water saving. There were plenty of pots and pans, but no storage containers or measuring cups, but that was not a dealbreaker by any means. Plenty of glasses and plates and they were nice. Overall not a bad price for location.
CONS: As noted by others, not enough seating options. Sadly, whoever is doing the cleaning is not doing the owner a service. Some of the sheets did not look clean (hairs, wrinkled) and were pilled. There was stagnant water in the Keurig and the refrigerator handles were sticky. The refrigerator and medicine cabinets were pretty dirty. The HVAC ceiling vents were so dusty, it was probably at least a 1/4 inch thick hanging out of a bathroom vent. When we arrived, the upstairs had no AC. The owner sent the cleaner, & then a tech right away the next morning, who cleaned out the system and removed the filters. Unfortunately the porch couch smelled musty so we didnât sit there. :( We notified the owner directly.
The house was awesome. The neighborhood is so much fun, you can shop, get coffee, spend a while in a bar or go get dinner all at the end of the street. The neighbors were the sweetest. The bed situation is a little different than listed. The bunk room only has 2 sets of bunk beds, not 2 bunks and 2 doubles. And room number 5 has a twin trundle bed and a fold away bed, rather than a double and 2 twins as listed. Other than that the house was amazing and we would definitely rent it again.
Great location a minute or two from Boca Ciega Bay and close to many good restaurants and shops in a friendly, welcoming community. The house was a bit disappointing. We had to tell some of our guests to bring camp chairs because there were not enough chairs for our group of eight. There were few lamp tables in the bedrooms and no trash cans. The kitchen was great except for the low energy faucet. Water pressure was fine everywhere else. Every other VRBO I rented had info on the house and area somewhere, in a log or on the fridge, etc. None here. The manager was responsive, but she was in VA and the house is in FL. We had a great time, but the property was not exactly what we expected.
If you are looking for a place in the middle of the main beaches and downtown st. Pete, this is the place. The local bar/restaurants around gulf port were also great. would defiantly recommend anyone looking to have a great time with friends to stay here.
We just returned from a fantastic weekend in Gulfport. We were so excited that Hurricane Ian did not hit the town hard and we were able to attend a family wedding in the area. The house was in an awesome location to walk to restaurants and the beach. The house had everything you would need for time at the beach and for a large group to stay. Very clean and good upkeep!
Amazing home and landlord though we did have a few small issues. First the address on the Vrbo site is wrong as well as where the pin is on the map. Second upon first entering and checking the house we found bottles and drinks(used) in closets and under sofas easily seen( no biggie) lastly the upstairs bathroom had a window without a curtain or blinds( looked like it used to) and the house next door could clearly see into the bathroom which had a clear shower and toilet totally exposed! We ended up not using it at all and for 11 people to share two bathrooms that was a huge adjustment. But the home is literally at the bay and right near the center of Gulfport and we had a lot of fun exploring the town. Let it be ice cream was the best! The Irish bar was great, and the drinks poured with a heavy hand( always a good thing) for a great price. Also it took us less than ten mins to get to st Pete beach overall Melissa and Gulfport have gotten two huge thumbs up from all of us and we will be visiting again soon!
