Our family had an awesome time. Everyone had a spot to sleep and waking up to our own pool in the morning was a big plus! We noticed certain things that could have been fixed, but they were minor. Great place for a family to stay.

This was an absolute gem of a house. The only home I have seen that promotes itself as a house for group recreation and relaxation. From the pool, to the BBQ, to the activities outside and indoors, we used them all and it made our stay incredible.

Backyard oasis was definitely a huge hit for adults and kids. Had a couple issues with the inside of the house upon arrival and during our stay, but host was responsive.

The property was a great fit for my family's Spring Break vacation. Everyone especially enjoyed the outdoor space! The neighborhood was quiet. It was easy to navigate around and get to restaurants, grocery shopping and find our way to the beaches.Bedroom configuration was great for our family of adults and teenagers. Beds were quite comfortable.We did cook a little at the house and the kitchen appliances were great. I appreciated the coffee bar and the choices of coffee. Great choice for our trip!

This home was a great place to stay for me man's my friends. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities. The pool and outside area were great to hang out in for hours at a time. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

The house is well equipped with everything you need if you’re planning to have a few meals at home. It was big enough and top notch for our family of 7. Beautiful back yard! Swam one day only because weather was chilly. Would definitely stay again!

This property is amazing! We had an amazing time. The areas is nice and everything you need is just right around the corner. We loved the pool, home theater and the most comfortable beds ever. We already started planning our family vacation for next year ar chill town!

Awesome place to stay with family!

This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly want to entertain your friends and family! We did not have to leave the property to go anywhere! No need for a rental car since so many stores within walking distance!

Spring Break 2024 Family Trip

We had an excellent time in Pinellas Park. The neighborhood was great, grocery shopping near by and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, excellent back yard with the pool and other activities for the kids. Very reasonable driving distance to lots of good swimming beaches also. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to be in this area!

Great Stay

This is a great property regardless of your group. We stayed with 6 adults on a weekend trip. The backyard was incredible and we could have stayed out there all day watching football and floating in the pool. Owner is also very responsive and always looking to help.

We appreciate you choosing to vacation at Chill Town. Hope to see you again soon. We are adding another 12x14 Pergola which will have outdoor Gaming tables like Pool/Foosball and Air Hockey. We will be adding a 2nd outdoor Smart tv as well. It will be available starting mid December 2021.

Family Vacation

My family booked our stay with high hopes and we were not disappointed. The house is great, and accommodating for all ages. The pool and backyard is amazing. The hosts did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, and we’re very responsive to any and all needs. Highly recommended.
