Recently remodeled magnificent 3BR/1BA apt. Features a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and appliances. Is centrally located and very close to BU, Harvard, BC, Berklee, MIT, and more. Walking distance from local and international restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping stores, pharmacies, and banks. 1 min walk to Green Line and other public transportation.5 min ride to Fenway Park, Charles River, Prudential Center, Newbury St. A great stay for tourists, families, business travelers, and college visitors!
it was the perfect spot close to the MTA to get around and explore Boston. House was as advertised and fully stocked to make our stay comfy and convenient. highly recommend.
Our family stayed at Fannyâs apartment while we were attending an event at the Track at New Balance. It was perfect for us, since the apartment was only a couple minutes away. Communication was great, and Fanny made check in/out simple. The apartment was obviously recently renovated, and very clean. The common entry way could get a little noisy at times, but nothing that couldnât be tolerated, and it was expected with multiple apartments being right there. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and Fanny was a great host. We would definitely return.
We made a brief trip to visit BU and chose this place because it is about 20 minute walk to campus. The immediate area (west of BU) has a ton of excellent restaurants within 5 minute walk. Alot of Asian choices (3 hotpot type alone), a couple Italian (Carloâs Cocino was amazing), and a couple pub types. Neighborhood felt safe and we walked everywhere-even to Museum of Fine Art (about 50 minutes). Apartment, which is nicely updated, has all the charm of old building without any of the grime. Immaculately clean with very comfy beds and all the basics you need in kitchen. Owner is very attentive. This location is also only 15-20 from airport.
We stayed at Fannyâs apartment for my daughters graduation from Northeastern. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. Apartment is just as pictured, very clean and convenient to transportation.
The online listing is 100% accurate. The place was very clean and we had no issues. The contact was very easy to deal with and answered our questions immediately. I would stay here again!
The apartment was absolutely beautiful, very clean and comfortable, Fanny was a great Host, she answered my phone calls immediately and resolved my questions, I will be going back to to this apartment in the future!
Went with 5 guys to see a game at Fenway. The property was great was on a 20 minute Uber to a few different golf courses we played and about a 45 minute Uber to Gillette stadium where we took a tour of the patriots hall of fame. It was great weather one bedroom got a little warm but overall the place is as advertised.
Apartment was clearly recently painted and re-furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bedrooms are good size and the beds were very comfortable. The main living space with also very comfortable for three adults.Fanny, the host ,was very attentive and willing to help. Parking was not available directly in front of the apartment but she sent us a map of the close by public parking areas.
Our girls had concert at Fenway music hall and we decided to make it a family trip. We enjoyed concert at the gilette stadium. We toured freedom trail, Boston tea party, Harvard and Cambridge and ate lots of chowder.
Fannyâs place was the ultimate stay for all. It was convenient on first floor It had all the amenities u would need. She left snacks for all Plenty of towels for the 5 of us. Plenty room. The bathroom was so nice and the beds were comfy. Could not have picked a better place and she gets 5 stars
Thanks u when we come back we will stay again and tell others about it thanks
My family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed in this lovely apartment over a long Easter weekend. My older daughter attends BU. She walked over after class on Friday to spend the weekend with us. The apartment is less than a block from the Harvard Ave T stop which made getting anywhere we wanted to go super easy. We did not rent a car this trip. We walked to a large grocery store for supplies, a Pavement coffee shop for breakfast, a 7-11 for Charlie Cards, and a liquor store for a bottle of wine.
The apartment was well stocked with towels and linens. There are plenty of dishes to get through a day without running the dishwasher and enough kitchen tools to cook easy meals. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is small, but with three bedrooms when we needed quiet time, everyone had a place to go.
Fanny was quick to respond to my emails prior to our arrival and to a couple of texts I sent during our visit.
We will stay here again when we visit our daughter.
Stay was great. I made some suggestions to make things better like be sure to leave guest enough towels for their stay and we had no washclothes so had to buy. This host was gracious about everything and offered to reimburse. She answered all text and questions. I would say add more tvs in bedrooms. Only 1 tv and living tiny so a family cant sit to watch tv even if wanted to. Also dont let outside of building fool you. It is not attractive and you may pull off. Someone does need to get ready off odor in hall but hers is 1st apartment when you get in door. I would stay again because of the host graciousness and willing to accept recomendations. Only downer my husband loves big brother and we couldnt get local tv
Gorgeous property. The building is old, but the apartment is newly renovated to a high standard. Exceptionally clean. The apartment is right next to the main door which does not close quietly, but this wasn't too bad overnight. Noise from everyone using the bins outside also, but that cannot be helped. (We also do not live in a city so notice it much more). AC inside which was great. Host very helpful and response. Would recommend and return.
The host was totally responsive when we had some difficulty figuring out the lock. She answered the phone right away and also made sure we were happy with the place upon arrival.
This is a well-situated apartment, particularly for Boston University. The neighborhood is not overly charming but there are many awesome Asian restaurants and a coffee shop nearby. Parking is a challenge, as it is everywhere in Boston.
The apartment has everything you might need in terms of utensils, appliances and plates. If you are big into watching TV, this place isn't ideally set up, tho there is a couch and a decent sized TV. Bathroom is small but attractive and clean. Bedrooms are away from the living/kitchen which is great for different sleep habits. Our group of five had a wonderful time and appreciated this place to come back to.
Great stay at Packards Corner. The apartment is incredibly clean. There was plenty of space for my family of 3. The apartment is well appointed and there was really nothing we felt was missing. The location is conveniently located near the rail and multiple shops. There is an excellent coffee house called Pavement a block away with great bagels. The host was accessible and responded quickly. The apartment is on the first floor adjacent to the main entrance to the building. It can be a bit noisy in the early morning and evening. Absolutely no other issues. Would stay here again.
Spacious, clean, perfect for our family of 4. Immaculate and recently remodeled, steps to Harvard Ave T and shops and restaurants. Check in process was simple and efficient, would definitely recommend and stay again
