The home has 2 en-suite bedrooms with one being a very grand master suite with stunning mountain views, a huge closet, an extra large soaking tub, fire place and so much more. There is a third, full bathroom right across the hall from the bedroom that has two twin beds and a twin size rollaway cot. The extra cozy sectional sofa also features a full size pullout mattress.

The kitchen is fantastic for both professional and amateur chefs with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, a gas range and lots of space for food storage, food preparation, etc. Counter seating for 3-4 a long with the dining table that seats 6 comfortably ensures there is room for you all to eat together whether you cook in the kitchen, grill on the BBQ on the patio or order food delivery from the 100's of amazing local restaurant options.

The home has all the amenities you expect (strong/reliable Wi-Fi, Smart HD televisions, workspace, private laundry machines, etc.) and so much more including bicycles, fully stocked kitchen with 3 different types of coffee machines, game/activity closet, private garage, etc.

The Legacy Villas is a private, residential resort-like community set up perfectly for vacation rentals. It is quiet, serene, safe, you name it! 24/7 guards on duty with a gated entrance. There are 12 saltwater pool and hot tub complexes (2 being just a short walk from this unit). There is a dedicated lap pool, an adult-only pool and the a fantastic family oriented pool and play area with a beach-like entry, turtle fountains and resort-style cabanas. The pools are heated year round. There is a very tranquil, inviting hammock garden, an outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside café and a state of the art fitness facility at the incredible Legacy Villa Clubhouse. You can even book private/special events in the beautiful clubhouse!

This particular home is in the back of the complex which means extra privacy and amazing, unobstructed views. The stargazing from the back patio is amazing and patio furniture is large, comfortable and there is plenty of room for the whole gang. Want to eat Al Fresco? The outdoor coffee table actually adjusts to an elevated position for convenient dining table height with the comfort of course of the sectional seating area.
