As you enter this remodeled condo, you will immediately notice the bright colors, gorgeous flooring and ample space. The kitchen is modern, with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse- style sink, granite counters and island seating. It comes fully stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. You can make coffee and head to the huge balcony with amazing views, or prepare larger meals to be enjoyed at the separate dining table while watching the waves crash below. The open floor plan leads into the living area, with comfortable seating, a large flat- screen TV and even MORE amazing views. It's the perfect spot for movie nights! You will not want to miss ending your days enjoying cocktails and the gorgeous sunset views from the western- facing wrap around balcony- it is truly stunning!

Each bedroom features a King bed, flat- screen TV, ceiling fans, ample closet storage and their own bathrooms. The Master bedroom has access to the balcony, a dual- vanity in the bathroom and walk- in shower. No detail has gone untouched! The first Guest Bedroom also features ocean views, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second Guest bedroom is a quieter spot, with its own bathroom that has a shower/ tub combo as well- no one has to share! There even is a twin over full hallway bunk area with a built-in television at the foot of each bed. These spaces are the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach!

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basketball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

The Club fitness center fee is $15 a day per person or $50 a week per unit.
