Pleasant stay

Good location and access to beach and restaurants. Condo was clean except for floors. They looked clean but if you walked around with bare feet or white socks, they'd be black on the bottom.

Great spot!

The condo was everything and then some! The walk to the beach was just right and the chairs on the beach was A! Having the pool as an option was great. The condo was clean, rooms just the right size for the 4 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Morning coffee in the back deck area was great. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful escape

This was the perfect place for my family to have a Thanksgiving getaway. The place was spacious, close to the beach and shopping. Everything was perfect 😌.

Best beach and house location

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a restaurant at the entrance to our condos! Friendly management and accommodating. We love Destin!!!!

A great fall break

This was the perfect place for our family for fall break. The proximity to the beach was great and the condo had plenty of space for us and our kids. So nice that a beach wagon was provided and in home laundry access. Nice quiet community space. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

We had a great time staying at this property. The property was clean, had everything we needed and Jen quickly responded to any question I had. It was a short walk to the beach and the chair set up was nice to have as well. We ate at Capt Dave’s across the street and we all agreed it was one of our favorite restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Close to the beach

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and beach access. The included beach chairs and umbrella also made our trip to the beach easier, since we didn't have to bring down those items too.

Hidden gem

This is a quiet property that is minutes from the sand on a private beach! Nice sized 2 br/2 bath upstairs condo with assigned parking. Fully stocked kitchen to cook in. Beds were comfortable with TVs. We had a blast using the pool, tennis and pickleball court. Kids enjoyed the playground activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!!

My family and I had an amazing week here. Everything was exactly as described and so comfortable, clean and relaxing. My daughter who is 8 loved the pool and of course the short walk to the beach. Our host was fantastic and so easy to work with, very accommodating and made sure we used our beach side service as she had provided. Already thinking about plans for another trip!!!! You won’t be disappointed

Family spring break

Stayed here with my husband, 2 kids (4 and 5 year old), and sister. Had a great time! The place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location being so close to the playground and pool was awesome and very convenient with the ages of my children. We rented a golf cart because we had other family and friends staying, but we did walk to the beach one day and was totally fine/not far to walk with our stuff. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Perfection! Close to beach, clean, well stocked!

My family had the best week at Destin. This property has everything you need for fun on the beach. The kitchen is well furnished for making meals for a family (I used the crockpot so food was ready when we got off the beach). The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! A HUGE bonus was the wagon full of beach toys (sand toys, boogie board, noodles, floaties) highly recommend this property!

Chateau stay

The location was great and easy to get too. I did like there was restaurants within walking distance and also beach was walking distance. The condo was as described and was had cute decor. The only issues I had that the thermostat setting wouldn’t stay on the cool setting I had it adjusted to, it kept wanting to stay at 77 and that was a bit too much for my liking in the warm weather. It was a bit warm waking up in the wee mornings to being hot. Also, I felt the bathrooms could use a deep clean, there was hair in both and on wall and dust around rim of guest shower wall. Overall it was a good stay!

Exactly how property is described

Everything went smoothly. Jennifer promptly answered any questions we had. Loved the proximity to play area, pool, private beach, and restaurants. Condo had everything we needed except a can opener but that was an easy fix 😊 The grill and picnic area was by play area. Love the deck/porch area which had a nice cool breeze and no bugs when we were there. Peaceful relaxing stay. Will definitely go back.

Great location from Beach! Short, quiet walk. Private Beach and chairs provided big bonus! The bathrooms and kitchen were really dated, which doesn't really matter, but with just a little trim and fresh paint, the kitchen would look clean and fresh. Same with bathrooms. Pool was small and was never cleaned. Constant hairballs. But super private and not crowded. Felt very relaxed. Overall good experience.
