Totally renovated 2nd floor Condo with all the luxuries of home located on popular Scenic Highway 98...easy walk to beaches and dining. Gated beach access, a heated pool, tennis. Come enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast!

This condo is located directly across the street from Destin's famous Captain Daves on the Gulf restaurant and a short drive to outlet malls.

This condo is optimal for family as a barn door closes off the 2nd bedroom and bath to a private suite. This suite is perfect for remote school or office with a built in work station equipped with ethernet cable and printer to insure no calls are dropped! This unit features a new renovated custom kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry as well as large island to accommodate everyone.

Owners are local and respond easily and quickly to any needs. No Smoking or Pets in this unit.

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities of home. The beach and pool are only a short and convenient walk away. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. It felt like home and was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive. The location is perfect with easy walking to the beach/ocean and pool. We would highly recommend staying here.

Second Trip to Destin

This truly was an amazing property to stay at for a much needed week of vacation. The owners went above and beyond in their communication on not only the features of the house but also on the numerous accommodations and activities around Destin. The house was clean, well organized, and really felt like home away from home. I sincerely recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the area and look forward to booking again in the future.

Destin Condo

The condo was perfect. It wasn't over decorated. It had a high, vaulted, living room ceiling. All of the appliances were new, premium models. Close access to the beach, pool, and tennis court was nice.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This is an excellent place to stay. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and more than sufficient in terms of amenities. Candace was very helpful and communicative, especially regarding some questions I had regarding sargassum. We had a wonderful time and hope to make a return trip next time!

Clean and easy!

Very happy that the place was spotless. It was a quick walk to the beach and they had newer Pickleball courts available at all times. We had a great time!

The unit was very clean and as the property was recently renovated everything was new and well appointed. Paul and Candace were a pleasure to deal with and took care of all our needs. The people who stayed in the complex are all really friendly. Eugene

Very clean and updated.

My sister and I stayed here. Retirement trip for both. Liked that we had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. We are both in our 60's and had some trouble getting our suitcases up the stairs but that is no fault to the owners. Never turned a tv on. Was a relaxing trip. People in the community are very friendly.

Operation Sweet 16

We rented this property to celebrate our daughters turning 16. We were welcomed into a very clean and beautiful home. We were impressed with all the details of this property. The owners were very thoughtful in making sure guests had everything they would need to make their stay comfortable. Beverages were in the fridge, coffee pods for the Keurig, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods and softer, bathroom essentials, games, suntan lotion and aloe. I’m sure I’m missing stuff, but the point is the owners did an amazing job of helping out stay be amazing. We had one minor problem with a fan in one of the bedrooms and the owners had it fixed in no time at all. Highly recommend this property. Carolyn

If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! The place is absolutely beautiful and it’s in a great location. You can easily walk to the beach and it’s a short drive to town if you want to go out. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and modern

The appliances were out of this world! I loved them! I'm going shopping soon, I believe! The plush carpet in the bedrooms felt so cozy, and the sheets were crisp and clean. Everything was super clean! My husband is still a little nervous about Covid because of his sickly mother, so he always wipes things clean with wipes when we get there. There was nothing on the surfaces. He's very particular and even he commented on how clean it was! The decor had a beach cottage feel, and was very tasteful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The walk to the beach is very short and the sunsets are amazing! Owners are very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Loved it!

We loved our stay in this condo! Great location right across the street from an amazing beach. The condo was clean and quiet. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages and accommodating. They thought of everything a family could need on a beach vacation and provided it in the condo. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location...

This condo and area was outstanding. You are across from the beach and there are restaurants that are walking distance. We felt very safe and it was quiet, no loud partying. The pool area was nice and grills you can use. The condo is very clean and the rooms are larger than it looks in the pictures. Everything was 5 star and we will be returning very soon, will most likely make this a yearly trip. The host was most accommodating to our needs. The grounds are nicely maintained also. This property did not disappoint.

Home away from Home

Loved this condo. Perfect for my little family. Very cozy and great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Keyless entry made it so easy and I didn't have to worry about keeping up with keys.
