Beautifully renovated with high end finishes, this beautiful home boasts over 3100 sq ft and offers a large gourmet kitchen with espresso maker, game room with pool table, and a backyard made for entertaining.

Walking up to the home, you'll be delighted by the super modern appearance of the home, lush green lawn and colorful Bougainvillea that grow in front of the home. Entering through the large frosted door, you'll enter the living room which has an open floor plan that leads to the gourmet kitchen and dining room.The living room sits to the right and has a large gray sectional sofa, loveseat and ottoman that can seat up to 8 people.

The gourmet kitchen had a beautiful modern, contemporary design and offers a large quartz kitchen island, electric cooktop, double ovens, built in microwave, large double-door fridge with ice maker and wine chiller. The dining room sits to the right of the kitchen and has a large glass table with 6 upholstered chairs.

To the left of the living room is a staircase that leads downstairs to the game room. The game room is a great place to relax and entertain. It offers a custom wooden billiard table, pool cues, wet bar with wine chiller, pub table, sofa and 2 large mounted smart TV's. This is a great place to grab a drink and play a game of pool while watching the game, or multiple games at once! To the right of the game room is an office / craft room and is a great place to hide out and get some work done.
** The game room sofa is a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen sized bed **

Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs. Walking upstairs, the master bedroom is located at the end of the hall. The master bedroom has a king size upholstered bed with two nightstands, lamps, and a large mounted 75" Smart TV on the wall. The master has a walk-in closet and it's own attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a large dark wood vanity with a large mirror and marble counter tops with dual sinks. This bathroom has a walk-in shower only, with a rainfall shower head.

The second bedroom is across the hall from the master. This bedroom has a white, queen size upholstered bed with two nightstands and lamps. There is a mounted 43" Smart TV that sits to the right of the walk-in closet. The third bedroom is located off the same hallway and has a bunk bed set up, where the lower bunk is a full sized bed, and the upper bunk is a twin bed. There is a white dresser, 50" mounted Smart TV and a walk-in closet in this room. The guest bathroom sits in between the two bedrooms and has a single, mirrored vanity and white marble countertops. This bathroom has a standard tub / shower combo.

The fourth bedroom is located in the downstairs basement. This bedroom is very private and sits tucked away. It's located just to the right of the game room and office. It acts as a second master suite and includes a king sized, upholstered bed, two night stands with lamps, a 55" mounted Smart TV and closet. The third bathroom is not attached, however it's located just across from this bedroom. The third bathroom has a beautiful dark wood, dual-sink vanity with a large mirror and white marble countertops. This bathroom has a tub / shower combo.

The resort-style backyard is what really makes this property luxury. You'll find the backyard to be very modern, lush and immaculately clean. The backyard is very private with a large, sparkling pebble tech pool. The pool has an electric pool heater. An additional cost of $65.00 a day will apply for pool heating. The backyard also has an outdoor dining table that seats up to six people comfortably with a fire feature in the middle of it for added ambiance. To the right of the outdoor dining table is an outdoor kitchen that features a stainless steel BBQ grill and a mini fridge. Across from the pool is a pergola that is adorned by string lights. Underneath of the pergola, you'll find a very comfortable outdoor sectional sofa and coffee table. The back wall has beautiful flower vine plants that grow along side of it. At night, the back wall is adorned by string lights

Electric $65/day +11.67 % tax: It takes three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter, and based on weather conditions, it takes two days to get to the temperature.

House Rules

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat.
