Welcome to “Walking on Waves” at Cassine Village in Seagrove, our 3 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom beach home.

LOCATION:

Tucked away inside a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cassine Village community, this beautiful beach home is at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, and 1/2 a mile from public beach access. This home comes with private off-road parking and access to two community pools.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This colorful beach home warmly welcomes you with seating on a covered front porch tucked behind the home's mature palms. The open-plan living/dining area offers beautiful hardwood flooring as well as ample seating on the newly-upgraded couch and around the dining table. The spacious kitchen offers a wrap-around kitchen counter with a split sink, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, pots, pans, and all other kitchen utensils you'd need. At the end of the first-floor hallway, you'll enter the generously sized queen bedroom, complete with an en suite and generous closet space.

As you make your way up to the second floor, bedrooms two and three offer a king and a single-over-full bunk respectively. Both bedrooms come with private closet space and en suite bathrooms complete with shower/tub combos. The second-floor landing also provides a separate laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

AMENITIES:

The Cassine Village community is just a short walk to the beach with the closest beach access point at Beachwood Villas. The neighborhood features some incredible amenities including two outdoor pools, two tennis courts, a nature trail through Point Washington State Forest to Eastern Lake, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball area.

The home provides four YOLO beach cruiser bikes, beach gear, a gas grill, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a long driveway comfortably able to park four cars. You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

NOTE:

Great property.

I have two comments: - making large portion of the beach private it is a big negative factor for your property. You should fight for a reversal. - because you need to get to a public beach, you need to drive more. Also this is hindered by the Golf carts. They should get a private lane. Or this will not work for people that can't drive.

February get away.

We had a wonderful time at this location. House was lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to the beach. It had plenty of room and was very well stocked with anything we might have needed. It appeared that a lot of thought was put in to make a wonderful stay for visitors. Only issue was the step from the patio to the driveway was quite high. But that said, we would be happy to stay at this home again.

Great house for a beach vacay.

The house was spacious, comfy and had everything we needed for a fun vacation. We walked and biked all over town. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and spices. The beach toys, umbrellas and wagon were nice to have there. Would book again.

What a wonderful week at Walking on Waves (WOW)!!!

This home is fantastic! The kitchen is well equipped, the home is very clean and the location is perfect! The pool and pickleball is down a very short path and the house has what you need to have fun. Access to the beach is so easy - the supplied cruiser bikes made the trip so fun! You can easily bike EVERYWHERE - it's flat and a biking community…there are nearby excellent eateries and of course the gorgeous beach (we saw dolphins, a stingray and a sea turtle!). I hope to make it back to the WOW house!!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!!!

A great place for my family

It was a great place for my family to come to the beach. Very close to the pool and a short walk to beach. The hosts are the best and quick to handle any needs that arose. They were very good at communicating and checking to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back in the future!!!

Walking on Waves didn't disappoint.

Walking on Waves didn't disappoint. Was so nice to have 6 bikes and six beach chairs at your disposal and less to pack. Good size kitchen that had enough pots, pans, etc. Great location where you can bike to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. pool and tennis court was a plus too. Great little neighborhood. We also left our iPad behind and they were very accommodating in getting it back to us. Would recommend and stay again.

Yearly family vacay in Seagrove

The house was just as listed. Extremely clean!!! It had absolutely everything you would need or want on vacation. Kitchen was fully stocked like I’ve never seen in a rental before. We flew into Destin so couldn’t bring much with us so I love that the house provided multiple beach towels, bikes, chairs, wagon and umbrella. Check in process was a breeze. Super cute neighborhood. Be prepared that the beach is a little bit of a walk/bike ride away but not too bad. Seagrove is our favorite place to stay and would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!

House was great! Would stay again

Love this area! House was great! Would stay again. Beach daily! shot some hoops at the bball court area…walking hike trail was awesome! The pond water feature was serene! Swam at the pool! Played tennis at the courts! Everything was walkable! Plenty of beach chairs and toys! Great for families! We have a 7 and 9 year old and we had plenty to do and space!

Family summer vacation!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (we have 3 adult children 22, 18, and 17 years old)!!! The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to taking our first trip down to 30A. It was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the shed had bikes/beach chairs/ and an umbrella to use during our stay which meant less packing of items from home on our end. The beach entrance and stores were definitely within walking distance, so super convenient! We would definitely come back again!!

A hidden gem

We LOVED this property and it’s location. Oh was very clean and well stocked with everything guests would need. We loved the beach gear that was provided as well as the bikes. It’s within walking distance to beach access and a short bike ride into seaside! Definitely will book here again!

A great spot!

We had a fun stay exploring the area here. We appreciated the stocked, clean house with bikes and beach closet including cart, chairs and umbrella. The house has a well stocked kitchen, some games/cards, hair dryers, soaps, etc. There is a 10-15 min walk to the beach access across the neighborhood and 30A. We all enjoyed the bike trails to Seaside, the chill and in between. a great spot!

We will be back!

We have family who live in the neighborhood and had not received instructions for check-in and the rental company was very quick in getting us a response. Easy check-in & check-out process. They had SO many amenities available for our use while we were there! Absolutely loved this place and would 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

Nice and very well stocked

The house was nice and very well stocked with everything you need for a beach stay. The Cassine Village was beautiful. We enjoyed our strolls to the beach and the kids loved biking around the neighborhood. The house was very close to many restaurants and snacks such as donuts, ice cream and Hawaiian shaved ice. Seagrove is a great area for all the things to see and do on the 30a and the beach was very beautiful even though crowded at times.

Great house and location

Great house and location!!! The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was so friendly. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The house was very well furnished with everything you could need and an added bonus of all the beach equipment and bikes. This house will be my first choice when we come back!!!

Anniversary and Golf Trip

Beautiful house with plenty of space for multiple families, about a seven minute walk from the beach. Close to wonderful restaurants and spectacular views. Golf courses are beautiful and challenging. We had a stress free relaxing week. I highly recommend a stay here.

I've never stayed in a nicer rental

Our family had the best time here. I've never stayed in a nicer rental. Attention to detail on useful features of the home was fantastic. The beach access was convenient and the bikes were great for our kids to meet up with their friends on their own. The pools were nice and the people friendly. The nature trail is a must see. We had a blast and will be back.
