Newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Central Park Neighborhood district. Ideal location for walking downtown to enjoy the many boutiques and quaint restaurants or go the opposite direction 5 blocks to OSU campus. This modern version of a vintage home has a master bedroom suite on the main level, 2 bedrooms and 2 additional rooms on the 2nd floor (entertainment room and reading room) and an open concept living room, dining room (seats up to 9) and modern kitchen.

OSU Parent

Beverly went above and beyond for our week long stay. We had a delivery of 6 large boxes that had important medical supplies and she moved them into the house before our arrival. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to access the OSU campus and the town of Corvallis. We look forward to future stays here for sure.

Wonderful stay

This is a wonderfully appointed house and Beverly and is an amazing host! Everything in the home is new and clean and it is walking distance to both campus and downtown.

Great home

Kids had a gymnastics camp at osu and found the place to meet all of our needs and then some. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location between campus and downtown. Would recommend and stay again!

Lovely place to stay

The property was as advertised, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Its location could not have been better, within walking distance to Central Park, the Arts Center, and downtown restaurants. Beverly, our host, was very generous, friendly, and informative. And the Corvallis weather was wonderful.

Best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The property was literally spotless and had everything we might possibly need. Location is fantastic, property management is top notch. A MUST stay in Corvallis - we will be back!

Spacious and beautiful home

This home had plenty of space and was a comfortable home to spend the weekend! Everything was very clean and lots of nice amenities to make the stay a great experience. Lots of driveway parking.

Wrestling Camp at OSU

Great clean property with good location to downtown and OSU campus. We were a group of coaches at a summer camp and it was nice having good AC and being able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.

Spacious and Spotless

Our family of five visited Corvallis for my father-in-law's celebration life. The size of the house was more than ample for 5 adults. It is a quiet and peaceful home. We loved drinking tea on the front porch each morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Bright and Spacious

This was an amazing home, bright and extremely spacious with a well stocked kitchen. It’s a walkable distance to OSU, restaurants and coffee shops. If we could give it 6 stars we would!

Gorgeous new home in walking distance of downtown.

The house was stunning to say the least. For two families of four it was perfect with enough bathrooms and beds. We mostly just stayed during the night so we didn't really use the kitchen or living space too much. We loved how close it was to breakfast all sorts of places in downtown.

Clean, new property in an ideal location

Our family stayed at this property for our oldest daughter's orientation for her upcoming freshman year at OSU. The house is beautiful - new, clean and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to campus as well as multiple restaurant options and downtown. Beverly was super helpful and friendly and the house will be our first choice for all future visits to Corvallis!

What a wonderful property and property manager. We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at OSU and could not have been happier w our stay. Everything was excellent...the communication w the property manager, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the furnishings and everything was immaculate! Perfect in Corvallis

This property was perfect for our family stay in Corvallis. The house feels brand new, is super clean, and is very well appointed. Awesome kitchen, with everything you need to cook for the family. The location to OSU and downtown Corvallis can't be beat - all easily walkable. Beverly is super nice and is easy to reach if you have any questions. Overall, a fabulous place to stay in Corvallis.
