Newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Central Park Neighborhood district. Ideal location for walking downtown to enjoy the many boutiques and quaint restaurants or go the opposite direction 5 blocks to OSU campus. This modern version of a vintage home has a master bedroom suite on the main level, 3 bedrooms and 1 additional room on the 2nd floor (entertainment room) and an open concept living room, dining room (seats up to 9) and modern kitchen.

Home away from Home

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, spacious, very clean and close to everything in Corvallis. Beverly was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this home to anyone and will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Corvallis:)

OSU Parent

Beverly went above and beyond for our week long stay. We had a delivery of 6 large boxes that had important medical supplies and she moved them into the house before our arrival. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to access the OSU campus and the town of Corvallis. We look forward to future stays here for sure.

This is a wonderfully appointed house and Beverly and is an amazing host! Everything in the home is new and clean and it is walking distance to both campus and downtown.

Lovely place to stay

The property was as advertised, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Its location could not have been better, within walking distance to Central Park, the Arts Center, and downtown restaurants. Beverly, our host, was very generous, friendly, and informative. And the Corvallis weather was wonderful.

Impeccable

This is a beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and campus. We were in town touring OSU with our two teenage boys. The house is cozy but plentiful. With just the four of us, we had more than enough room. We were greeted one evening by deer sitting across our driveway laying in the neighbors side yard. So darling! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was impeccable! Extremely clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the toiletries that were provided. If we find ourselves in Corvallis again perhaps with and OSU student or otherwise, we will definitely book here again.

What a wonderful property and property manager. We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at OSU and could not have been happier w our stay. Everything was excellent...the communication w the property manager, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the furnishings and everything was immaculate! Great home

Kids had a gymnastics camp at osu and found the place to meet all of our needs and then some. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location between campus and downtown. Would recommend and stay again!

Clean, new property in an ideal location

Our family stayed at this property for our oldest daughter's orientation for her upcoming freshman year at OSU. The house is beautiful - new, clean and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to campus as well as multiple restaurant options and downtown. Beverly was super helpful and friendly and the house will be our first choice for all future visits to Corvallis!

Perfect in Corvallis

This property was perfect for our family stay in Corvallis. The house feels brand new, is super clean, and is very well appointed. Awesome kitchen, with everything you need to cook for the family. The location to OSU and downtown Corvallis can't be beat - all easily walkable. Beverly is super nice and is easy to reach if you have any questions. Overall, a fabulous place to stay in Corvallis.

Spacious and Spotless

Our family of five visited Corvallis for my father-in-law's celebration life. The size of the house was more than ample for 5 adults. It is a quiet and peaceful home. We loved drinking tea on the front porch each morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place and location

The location was absolutely perfect, as it was walkable to both the campus and downtown area. This made it incredibly convenient for us as we were visiting the university and also wanted to experience what Corvalis is like. The property itself was immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure that guests felt comfortable and at home. The attention to all of the details, furnishings, etc. made for a very comfortable stay - both luxurious and homey at the same time. Beverly the property manager was incredibly friendly and it was really nice to meet and talk with her. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations which made our stay complete. We'll be back!
