Contemporary Beach Getaway with Expansive Views

You will never want to leave this 3-story contemporary beach house! Perfectly located across from Marina park and just STEPS TO THE BEACH. This 3300 sq ft, 5-bedroom home includes 2 LARGE master suites, 3.5 baths, and 2 spacious balconies overlooking the ocean.
Upon entering, you will find the rustic first-floor den including a large Smart TV, cozy sofa, and closet with numerous beach/outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The first floor also includes 3 unique bedrooms each equipped with extremely comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space.
Moving up to the expansive second floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with panoramic views of the ocean, park, and harbor. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and large balcony with built-in BBQ. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and walk-in closet.
Finally, we move up to the luxurious third-floor master suite. This newly remodeled area contains a private lounge with a wet bar, Smart TV, and beautiful city/mountain view. You will fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and wake up to grand, breathtaking ocean views. This master suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom with a rainfall shower.

We were attending a family wedding. Jayne is an incredible host and her home is not only beautiful and functional, it is in a perfect location and well stocked with thoughtful amenities—beach toys and even birthday candles!We’re all looking forward to returning for a much longer stay at this wonderful property and home.

CA Wedding

Perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding with family. The upstairs worked out perfect for the bride and attendents to get ready in and we were able to get some lovely pictures while there. We had a couple of days to relax and just enjoy being in CA. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating for us. Our daughters venue was double booked (found out 30 hours before the wedding) and having this house so close to the beach was a lifesaver.

You cannot find a better home in Ventura. There is a reason that this home is always booked. The view is amazing, the decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the floor plan is open and airy… I guess there are many reasons! Jayne is a welcoming and thoughtful host. She was always available if we needed anything. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a group of 5 Dads whose children all met in elementary school. I moved back East after they all graduated high school, and we try to get back together once a year at the beach. This was the perfect place to do that.

Great Ventura Beach Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home overlooking Marina park and the beach. You really couldn't ask for a better location. The home was well stocked with everything we needed , extra toilet paper, paper towels, even coffee, sugar, truvia, spices, you name it- it was there. It was a nice touch that the host left fresh flowers, a bottle of red wine( from their vineyard?) and some sweet treats that seemed to be homemade and were just delicious. We a fabulous and relaxing time- highly recommended.

Wonderful house near the beach in Ventura

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house with such good sleeping and living spaces, and many other amenities, including an awesome kitchen. It is just a few doors down from the beach, and directly across from a park. The property manager is great to work with and communicates before, during and after the stay, as needed.

Amazing stay

Great home, location, layout. Home worked great for all ages. We used this as a home base for being in town for a wedding but it was so beautiful we are looking forward to another stay in the future for a family getaway.

Favorite Beach House

The location of this house is amazing! We loved that there was enough room to accommodate so many of our family members. We also have family that lives nearby, and the park or beach are perfect for a family reunion. The house comes with fun amusements like puzzles, games, surf boards, boogie boards, and a bike. We hope to return!

Another great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and loved it both times. The location is amazing, steps to the beach and biking distance to DT Ventura and all the cute shops and restaurants. But if you don't want to leave the house the huge windows and balconies have spectacular views of the beach and surroundings. The kitchen is equipped for great family meals and the living areas have comfortable hangout spots.

Great Place To Vacation

This house was the best we’ve stayed in. We have been renting beach houses for the last 10 years. The place was well appointed and has everything you could need. Beach equipment, excellent kitchen, plenty of space for generations of family to enjoy your time. Close to market and restaurants.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

Whole family stayed the weekend while attending my daughter’s graduation in SB. House is exactly as listed and pictured in VRBO. It’s clean, has everything you need and Jayne is a great host. We had no issues, but she would definitely be available for anything that came up if need be. Location cannot be beat. Beach is right out the front door. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, coffee and ice cream places are close by. Worth it just for the view!

Marathon weekend in the beach getaway

Stayed in this amazing beach home with spouse and 3 other couples for the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. The home and location were the best! Well stocked kitchen for in home cooking. Super easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Home at the Beach in Ventura

This lovely home was an awesome place for our family of parents, adult children and grandchildren to stay. The living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms are all thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The owner was great to work with, reached out to make sure everything was ok, and responded promptly to any questions. The location, across from Marina Park, and just a few doors down from the beach, is great for beach access. There are beautiful beach views from several areas of the house. We have rented dozens of vacation houses, and this one is certainly in the top three. We hope to rent it again for a future trip!

Amazing house with great owner

We really enjoyed our stay. Great views of the ocean on a very quiet street. We were able to sleep soundly with windows open and the sound of the waves breaking outside. The two suites and two extra bedrooms were perfect for our two families. We used the extra room upstairs as an office for those who needed some peace and quiet for work. The location is convenient with a Vons just 5 minutes away and all the amenities of Ventura within close reach. Overall a great stay.
