You will never want to leave this 3-story contemporary beach house! Perfectly located across from Marina park and just STEPS TO THE BEACH. This 3300 sq ft, 5-bedroom home includes 2 LARGE master suites, 3.5 baths, and 2 spacious balconies overlooking the ocean.
Upon entering, you will find the rustic first-floor den including a large Smart TV, cozy sofa, and closet with numerous beach/outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The first floor also includes 3 unique bedrooms each equipped with extremely comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space.
Moving up to the expansive second floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with panoramic views of the ocean, park, and harbor. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and large balcony with built-in BBQ. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and walk-in closet.
Finally, we move up to the luxurious third-floor master suite. This newly remodeled area contains a private lounge with a wet bar, Smart TV, and beautiful city/mountain view. You will fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and wake up to grand, breathtaking ocean views. This master suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom with a rainfall shower.

Great Ventura Beach Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home overlooking Marina park and the beach. You really couldn't ask for a better location. The home was well stocked with everything we needed , extra toilet paper, paper towels, even coffee, sugar, truvia, spices, you name it- it was there. It was a nice touch that the host left fresh flowers, a bottle of red wine( from their vineyard?) and some sweet treats that seemed to be homemade and were just delicious. We a fabulous and relaxing time- highly recommended.

Wonderful house near the beach in Ventura

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house with such good sleeping and living spaces, and many other amenities, including an awesome kitchen. It is just a few doors down from the beach, and directly across from a park. The property manager is great to work with and communicates before, during and after the stay, as needed.

Wonderful house for a family gathering

We loved the house, which was better than advertised and right next to both a park and the beach. Communication was easy. Thank very much! Our whole party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids under 6) had a great time.

Amazing stay

Great home, location, layout. Home worked great for all ages. We used this as a home base for being in town for a wedding but it was so beautiful we are looking forward to another stay in the future for a family getaway.

Favorite Beach House

The location of this house is amazing! We loved that there was enough room to accommodate so many of our family members. We also have family that lives nearby, and the park or beach are perfect for a family reunion. The house comes with fun amusements like puzzles, games, surf boards, boogie boards, and a bike. We hope to return!

Another great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and loved it both times. The location is amazing, steps to the beach and biking distance to DT Ventura and all the cute shops and restaurants. But if you don't want to leave the house the huge windows and balconies have spectacular views of the beach and surroundings. The kitchen is equipped for great family meals and the living areas have comfortable hangout spots.

Great Place To Vacation

This house was the best we’ve stayed in. We have been renting beach houses for the last 10 years. The place was well appointed and has everything you could need. Beach equipment, excellent kitchen, plenty of space for generations of family to enjoy your time. Close to market and restaurants.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

Whole family stayed the weekend while attending my daughter’s graduation in SB. House is exactly as listed and pictured in VRBO. It’s clean, has everything you need and Jayne is a great host. We had no issues, but she would definitely be available for anything that came up if need be. Location cannot be beat. Beach is right out the front door. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, coffee and ice cream places are close by. Worth it just for the view!

Marathon weekend in the beach getaway

Stayed in this amazing beach home with spouse and 3 other couples for the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. The home and location were the best! Well stocked kitchen for in home cooking. Super easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Home at the Beach in Ventura

This lovely home was an awesome place for our family of parents, adult children and grandchildren to stay. The living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms are all thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The owner was great to work with, reached out to make sure everything was ok, and responded promptly to any questions. The location, across from Marina Park, and just a few doors down from the beach, is great for beach access. There are beautiful beach views from several areas of the house. We have rented dozens of vacation houses, and this one is certainly in the top three. We hope to rent it again for a future trip!

Amazing house with great owner

We really enjoyed our stay. Great views of the ocean on a very quiet street. We were able to sleep soundly with windows open and the sound of the waves breaking outside. The two suites and two extra bedrooms were perfect for our two families. We used the extra room upstairs as an office for those who needed some peace and quiet for work. The location is convenient with a Vons just 5 minutes away and all the amenities of Ventura within close reach. Overall a great stay.

Spacious, Perfect, Location!!!

The property was perfect for our 2 day office planning retreat! Each room was clean and comfortable. The open layout for the kitchen and living room was perfect for communicating and the views were incredible.

Family vacation

Ventura is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach life. A weekend at this beautiful beach house hosted by Jayne was the best. The location to the beach and park gave us beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There home was very lovely and roomy. All the decor and amenities were perfect. Definitely a 5 star!!

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The location was very nice. I was disappointed that there weren’t enough hand towels for everyone and no extra pillowcases for pillows that we brought. The pillows at the house were really hard and not good. Also, there were problems with the stove top. Several were not light and the handle kept coming off one.

Stunning Beach House for our Family Beach Week!

Scenic views, breakfast on the balcony, comfortable beds, and gorgeous bathrooms! Our family ages 5- 67 enjoyed everything, meals together, boogie boards, bicycling, Lego toys/puzzles indoor for kids, sand castle toys, corn hole game, and easy to do laundry. Many thanks to Jayne who did everything to make our stay pleasant! Much appreciated!

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful week in Ventura. Jayne was always available for any questions we had and was very communicative from the start. The flowers, cookies and wine she left was such a nice touch. The home is gorgeous and in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house

We stayed here while attending a conference nearby and it was such a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. Tons of space, comfortable, had all the amenities you could want, clean, beautifully decorated and full of light. So close to the beach as well. Jayne was the perfect host, too, very welcoming and responsive. She even left some delicious homemade cookies and flowers for us (I was celebrating my birthday during our stay). It’s the perfect place for a family or a group to stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Ventura

We spent a week at this beautiful home. Perfectly located at the beach, across from a large park, and conveniently within driving distance of amazing hiking in the Santa Cruz and Santa Monica mountains. We spent each morning on a long hike and enjoyed time at the beach in the afternoon. The house is perfect for a large group. We had five of our seven kids (all adults) and everyone had plenty of room. Beautifully appointed home and kitchens, baths, bedrooms are well designed and modern. Definitely a home we will visit again!
