Welcome to Serenity, just a 2-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access, where emerald waters meet sugar-white sands. This newly built luxury home sleeps 15 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring 2 living rooms and a game room, with custom arcades and foosball. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse is directly across from the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Serenity offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

🏡 THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Serenity is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

Amazing!!

Our Family decided to take a Christmas vacation this year for the first time. Instead of buying gifts for each other, we had Family time. The house is gorgeous! We loved the spacious kitchen that was open to living room! We sat around the island and played board games, made Christmas ornaments and ate together as a Family! The second floor game room was perfect for the teenage boys! We enjoyed taking the dogs for walks in the neighborhood too. The property Manager Alex was awesome and quick to respond with any questions we had. Ohhhh and he let us check in early too! Our Family would highly recommend this gorgeous spacious home!

Excellent Home and Excellent Location

Serenity by Coastal Retreats is a beautiful, clean, spacious home. The use of the golf cart put the house and amenities over the expectation limit. The home is in great proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. I would have been willing to pay a little more for an elevator. The host, Justin, was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at Serenity or any other Coastal Retreats property.

Perfect vacation home

Our family enjoyed a much needed at this home rental. It was everything and more than what we expected. It is in the perfect location in Destin to enjoy the beach. Very clean and equipped with all the newest thing. The beds were incredibly clean and comfortable. We will come back to this vacation home again.

Such an amazing house

This home was amazing. It was exactly what was advertised with beautiful furniture, decor and appliances. Everything was in working order and the company checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We were even welcomed with a huge charcuterie board! There was plenty of room for our family to have our own space but still be together to make important memories. This home was perfectly located to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops. The pool and BBQ grills being right across the street was an added bonus. This was the perfect space for the perfect vacation! Will definitely book again!

What a place!

This place is amazing. So much room, yet lots of little design touches that make it homey. Beds are super comfortable, and you can't beat the location with the golfcart. Alex was an amazing host. So responsive. If you have a big family, book this place!
