The Primary suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a King bed, a comfortable sitting area, balcony access, and a Primary bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves and enjoy direct views of the beach from your private balcony, a perfect start to any vacation day.

In the second bedroom, guests will find a King bed, offering a comfortable and private space, while the third bedroom includes two Full beds. Both guest bedrooms are well-appointed with private baths and offer North-facing views of the bay and river, adding a different perspective to the beachfront experience.

The living areas of Broadmoor 201 are bathed in natural light, with Eastern views of the beach from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The unit is thoughtfully designed with a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
