Beautiful view of the lake!
What a beautiful view of the lake from the large windows.
The kitchen and great dining table were big enough to host our family with ease. Other than the great master bed, the rest of the furniture was older. It was nice to have a bathroom downstairs and it had the best shower.
The front and back of the property is dated and with chain link - not what we expected.
It should be noted that there are not accurate pictures of the bathrooms. They are all original from the 60's or 70's - very low sinks, toilets, wobbly faucets and all in pink, green and blue. The master shower is the cruise ship triangle and very, very small. The blue carpeted stairs are 7" deep so be careful. The kitchen stove (matches provided to help light it) and sink were old as well. The deck and stairs were old and in need of being replaced.
We were really, really surprised by these things, but it by no means deterred us from having a great time! We still enjoyed the view every single day and there was plenty of room. The host was always a quick text away. We walked out the door at 11:10 just as the cleaning people were driving up. They told us to take our time but we were already out of the home and packing the car. We then got a text from the owner asking us to leave - but we were already on the road.
