Hello Peggy, I am Happy Ronica was so helpful, she is always so amazing! I am, however, very sorry your other experience was less than stellar. We do have our cancellation policy set up the way it is for good reasons, it protects our unit owners and the company. It is unfortunate we were unable to issue a refund when you inquired about cancelling, we do typically suggest guests purchase the renters insurance. We do appreciate you staying your last night and not cancelling. Rose
