I’m truly sorry, however, for your disappointment about the hot tub being closed for maintenance during your stay. I completely understand how frustrating that must have felt, especially since you chose this Charlevoix waterfront property specifically for the hot tub and were looking forward to using it after a day of exploring downtown, the marina, and nearby restaurants. We did have a banner posted on our website and included notice in our pre-arrival information to let guests know the hot tub was temporarily out of service, but it’s clear that message did not reach you in a way that felt clear or timely. That’s on us, and we appreciate you calling it out so we can communicate even more prominently in the future when an amenity like the hot tub is unavailable. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy the clean, comfortable condo, the beautiful harbor views, and the convenient location within walking distance of shops, bars, and dining, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance.
