This cozy, modern, beautifully updated open concept 5-bedroom chalet is nestled atop the Blue Mountains. This property has a brand new 7 seater hot tub and high-speed internet, fast enough to work remotely or stream your favorite shows. In addition, we offer Satellite TV with the HBO&Sports Channels, along with CraveTV streaming. It is surrounded by matured trees and has a big private lot with beautiful wrap-around porch, an 8 person sauna, deck and a firepit to suit all your entertaining needs.
Location
Located in the beautiful Swiss Meadows community, your stay has easy access to Ski Hills and lifts. It is also steps away from multiple Bruce Trails which offer beautiful mountain views. It is a 5 minute drive to Scenic Caves, 10-minute drive to the heart of the village, golfing, other attractions and only 12 minutes to Northwinds Beach.
The Space
With just a short drive to Scenic Caves, Blue Mountain Resort and Scandinavian Spa, youâre sure to enjoy a peaceful or adventurous vacation while staying at Scandia Lane. Tastefully decorated with contemporary finishes, this chalet can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. With an open-concept kitchen that allows for easy flow to the deck, living room and dining area, you and your guests can enjoy easy conversations while deciding which outdoor attraction to enjoy next. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day in the winter wonderland in your living room that hosts a 50â TV for your nights in. Outside, you can find the BBQ and seating area on the deck for your entertaining needs or enjoy a bonfire around the custom-built outdoor firepit. 2.5 bathrooms complete the space, and on the main floor, youâll find an 8-person sauna located in the 3 piece bathroom.
Kitchen
Your vacation chalet boasts a modern, open concept kitchen with quartz countertops that host a large center island that overlooks the living room. Enjoy mornings together with breakfast bar seating and open view of the dining space. Stainless steel appliances, including fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave, are for your enjoyment, as well as plenty of cupboard space for your food, spices and coffee. The rest is fully equipped, containing everything you need, including cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools.
Living Rooms
Surrounded by windows, the living space has an abundance of natural light and comfortably seats 8 guests for a games night, movie night, or catching up after enjoying everything Blue Mountain had to offer that day. Enjoy the blaze of the gas fireplace with beautiful stone on a cool Fall evening or beautiful winter night. The living room is surrounded by escapes right into nature with a sliding door leading to the deck and a back door leading to the fire pit seating area.
Bedrooms
Upstairs youâll find 5 bedrooms to sleep 12 guests comfortably. In 4 of the bedrooms youâll find comfortable Queen sets, with the fifth bedroom hosting 2 double beds. There is ample storage throughout for your personal items with dressers and/or closets. Plenty of natural light throughout the spaces, with large windows throughout. Enjoy an additional living space on the second floor with a bonus room that hosts a TV and seating area.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
