Great location. Cute place.

The townhome is cute. Quiet. I gave 3 stars due to us having an issue with plumbing in the shower, which was attended to right away once contacting Laura. Laura was nice enough to have paper towels & toilet paper delivered to the front door due to the cleaning service running out before arrival. The beach is literally 2 blocks away. A great walk in either direction to Jacksonville Beach Pier or to Atlantic Beach dining. There is a great Gluten Free, Dairy Free. I’ve cream parlor called Gator Ice Cream, 5 mins away from the property. All the ice cream is made in house & fresh. Exotic flavors.

Great Place, Close to the Beach

We needed a place to rest while visiting Nana & Papa for Christmas. This home suited our needs wonderfully! Responsive manager, smooth check in and check out. A great choice.

Perfect little spot!

Perfect little spot close to beach, clean and convenient to other stores/shops. Great open layout for bottom floor. Spacious back yard💜 owner was great with communication and always a fast response. We will definitely be coming back

Perfect Spot

Wonderful place to stay the shortest walk from the beach. Outdoor space was so nice. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Owners were easy to contact! Had a great weekend!

A gem and so easy to access and stay

Laura was phenomenal! The townhome is beautiful. It’s easy to access, use and so close to all the wonderful amenities of Jax beach.

All you’ll ever need and more

This place was clean, cute and has a great location. The home is bigger than expected and would be great for a family or two couples. Get comfortable indoors or grab your chair for a very short walk to the beach. You’re within walking distance to Neptune restaurants or Jax restaurants. Perfect.

Perfect place for Family Beach time!!

This place was great home for our family! SO clean, SO close to the beach, SO many extras that made the week stress free and just perfect!!!! We will definitely be returning!!! Host is kind and great with communication!

Treasure in the midst. Highly recommend and easy access to beach and local business. Super comfortable bed and soft sheets; like sleeping on a cloud. Pvt court yard a plus. Will be back in the fall

Perfect beach spot!! Great price!!

Clean property with all amenities. Only two short blocks from the beach. For being as close as it is to the beach, it is a great price. The renter had excellent communication and made our staying there very easy.

Back for round 2!

This was our 2nd stay at the property and once again we were very pleased. Great accommodations for our family of 5. Easy walk to the beach. Nice outdoor space for hanging out at night and feeling the breeze from the ocean.

Excellent location!

Spring Break visit to the area with our family (college-age kids). Excellent location! Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, about a 20 min walk north to Neptune Beach shopping and restaurant area, or a 20-minute walk south to Jax Beach venues. House is comfy and simple. The spacey kitchen was great for a few cook-in dinners when hosting game nights or movie nights. The owner was very responsive. Will consider it again if we are planning another trip to the area.

Great house- great location!

Wonderful space just a short walk from the beach. Beds were SO comfortable. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you’d need, even beach supplies. Highly recommend.

August stay

We came to town to move our son to college. This place is a great location.It is close to the beach and town. The street is quiet and the yard is really lovely! Even on the hottest day it was nice to sit in the shade of the trees. The inside of the home is clean with a great kitchen. Extra touches like coffee make for a nice stay!
