Very impressed with the cleanliness and sleeping quarters. We were very comfortable with our stay. We did find that the sofa was not to comfortable to sit on. Other than that, Thank you! It was a Great place to stay.

Durango first timer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean and comfortable. The host provided everything we needed. It was an easy drive into town. My only complaint was having to climbe three sets of stairs to get to the front door. But I already knew that ahead of time. Good thing we were in good shape!

This treetop condo was very clean and the check in process smooth! The hosts offer many items travelers need to make a trip to Durango perfect. The only thing to consider before renting this condo is the amount of steps needed to assess it. There are 4 landings and 40 steps up. Consider the steps and altitude of Durango - haha. After a couple days we managed better. The cleanliness and comfort of the condo made the climb worthwhile

To Many Stairs To Climb

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and we all slept well. We didn’t spend a lot of time here since we were busy exploring the area.NOTE: The description mentions two flights of stairs, but I would say it is more like three. We were a group of seniors, and the stairs were a bit much—especially when carrying luggage. I would definitely add a note that if you are a senior citizen or have difficulty with stairs, there are quite a few stairs to climb at this location. This is something to be aware of when booking.The closets had plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and other linens, which was nice to have available. However, some of them had been piled on the shelves and had fallen onto the floor, so the closets could use a little organizing.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really good place to stay with the grandkids. The pool was small but it kept them busy between other activities. The only negative was the number of stairs you had to climb to reach the unit. There certainly was a treetop view, but between old knees and carrying suitcases and groceries, it was a challenge.

Great place! Easy access to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little condo was great! Very clean and quaint. It was warm and with the window AC’s it stays a little warmer inside so just keep that in mind when visiting in the summer. The window AC in the downstairs bedroom though is very loud and clanky. It made it hard to sleep. The one upstairs did its best but was still warm because most of the window was just open and exposed. Beds were pretty hard too unfortunately. Everything else was great though and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely stay. The condo was very clean. We had a little difficulty with the cable tv at first, but the host walked us through getting it to work. All in all, we really enjoyed the condo.

Location was fantastic. Condo was perfect for our group and the toddler who was with us! Only let down was the pool being closed but we understand maintenance issues happen.
