The location is excellent and the property was quiet and pleasant.This property was adequate, but needs some attention. The lighting for the outside stairs was inadequate for nighttime, especially if it rains. The toilet needs repair - the handle sticks and the seat needs to be replaced. These are minor issues that can be easily addressed.

The location was great. The stairs to the condo made it a little difficult to carry our luggage, but this is clearly stated in the description. Nice products for use in the bathroom. The Keurig coffee maker didn't work. I had brought pods with me to use it. There was another coffee maker with coffee filters but only 1 packet of coffee for four people for a two night stay. The host was responsive to my communication but there wasn't time to get the issue corrected during our stay.

The property was located in a nice area near college, but we experienced a very loud party that lasted about an hour past quiet time. This was surprising to us and not pleasant. The property could use a refresh. The Keurig did not work, the kitchen faucet was not fastened down to the counter so it spun around a bit, the toilet trip lever was not functioning so we had to keep lifting the tank cover off to fix it to keep the water from continuously running. The beds were ok, but the pillows were very uncomfortable.The three flights of stairs up to unit did not bother me too much, but it could be challenging for some. Parking was good. Shower was good. Furnishings were good.

great spot for a family reunion

We rented three of the condos and all were comfortable and enjoyed the pool as well. Great spot to rest after a great trip in Durango.
