Welcome to Ocean Village Club O35, a two-bedroom, two-bath, third-floor condo near the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in St. Augustine, Florida. Located in a gated resort community, this condo offers access to exceptional amenities, including two swimming pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private walkway to the beach. The vibrant city of St. Augustine is nearby, offering historic attractions, dining, shopping, and nightlife for those looking to explore beyond the condo.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas create a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen features ample counter space, well-stocked cabinets, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, glass-top range, microwave, and dishwasher. A pass-through bar with three stools connects the kitchen to the dining area, where a table seats six for meals or game nights.

The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, end tables, and a side chair. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a DVD player provides entertainment, while sliding glass doors lead to a private, furnished patio overlooking the resort pool and offering views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The primary bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the patio through sliding glass doors. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors, a vanity with storage, and a commode. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and easy access to the second full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Ocean Village Club O35 includes in-unit amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer and dryer. More than a weekend in St Augustine

We loved the location! Right around the pool and a very short walk to the beach. You can even drive and park your car on the beach if you want. The condo was a perfect fit for the 4 of us with comfy beds, TVs in all the rooms, in house laundry, and a cozy couch.

Love the Butler Beach area. The Ocean Village Club is perfectly situated not to far from the Old City but close enough to great dining and attractions. he unit we rented seemed to be recently renovated with a great view.

Place was great. Nice and clean and easy yo get to the beach. Only thing I wiould change is better sheets on the beds. They were scratchy.

Good location, but…

The location was fine, closest building to the beach, which is what we were there for. However, the unit was on the third floor, which we knew, but we also anticipated an elevator, rather than having to carry heavy luggage up four flights of stairs. Check-in/check-out were both easy.

This condo is fabulous! Perfect location overlooking the pool and ocean. I love the furniture and decor. Very roomy and comfortable. This is our third time here at Ocean Village Club Condos and this is my favorite. Hope to be back next year!

Excellent property BUT....

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and th property was comfortable and lovely. HOWEVER! Don't do what I did! Be sure to read the full description of the property. There is NO ELEVATOR for this building. We had a very tough time with my 80 year old parents. I made a bad assumption that a multi-level building would have an elevator just by looking at pictures, but it does not.

Just a suggestion...

It would have been so very nice to have a few beach towels/chairs/ cooler/umbrella. It would have made the stay so much more pleasant. There could have been a sign that says if someone takes the items, they will be charged. In the past, when we stayed there at Ocean Village Club, they were provided and it made the stay so much nicer. The unit was very nice.

Not what was advertised.

This unit was lacking in cleanliness and overall decor. Broken curtains rods, broken and old patio furniture, stains and holes in furniture fabric, kitchen table old and scratched, whole unit badly need painted, and to top it off when we told customer service our complaints they did nothing other than bring us some more towels and blankets. Buyer beware when going by photos from these people that the photos appear WAY better than what you get. I am not normally one to give bad reviews but when you pay this much you expect for something to be as advertised. We were originally assigned to a different unit but because there were NO elevators for a handicapped disabled military veteran they moved is upon my complaints to office. They then said they needed to charge more because the unit they would put us in with a elevator was “nicer”. If this one was nicer I would hate to see the one we were originally in. Also after complaining to lady in office near the rentals she said “it was more because of the elevator”.!?!? Really?? You pay more for handicap accessibility?? Needless to say we will NOT be renting from VRBO or this rental service in the future.

Dissapointed to have my reservation cancelled by owner the day before arrival even for good reason. Full refund issued but we had already driven fom NH to GA. Alternatives offered to us were unacceptable.

Very nice vacation

We were able to reserve this location after being displaced because of the hurricane in Daytona Beach and we were pleasantly welcomed here with a very short notice. The unit was very clean and upgraded. The pool area was very nice, and where we were located was a short walk to the beach and we did have a lovely view. There are also plenty of restaurant options very close. The only complaint we have is the unit was on the 3rd floor and we were not aware there was no elevator. We had older family members and it was a little challenging. Just make that information more readily available.
