Great family house!

The house is as described with a great location and plenty of beds for everyone in our party. The house was very nice and clean and would highly recommend this place with a family. Thanks to the owners and we hope we can stay here again soon.

Fantastic vacation home!

This home was fantastic for our stay in Havasu. Everything was perfect upon arrival, clean and super comfortable. Great pool and yard for hanging with the family. Highly recommend this home and will definitely be staying here again.

Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed this home, very clean and cozy. After a long day on the river there’s nothing like coming home to a fresh pool and kicking your feet up as you sink into the living room couch. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Keith for Sharing your home.

Beautiful Pool Home!

Our family stayed for a week and loved the accommodations. This house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed or could ask for. The owner/property manager was very nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Father’s Day getaway

House was beautiful and clean. All rooms were big with plenty of beds to fit a couple family’s. Keith was very responsive and made the check in progress easy. We will definitely stay again!

Pleasant Stay

Our stay was overall Amazing. Very clean, comfortable and the owner was very helpful and so Kind. We needed to request a late check out and owner gladly granted the request with no extra charge! Very family friendly with all the accommodations you need! Highly recommend this home for your next trip out to Lake Havasu, I know this will be our go to house for future stays.

Amazing Havasu Getaway

Our group was so impressed with this property! It is not only beautiful inside but super functional for a group of 7. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and barbequing after a long day at the lake. We loved that it has a grocery store (Smith's) not far from the property and that it was also close to shops, London Bridge, and the lake. It was also great to be able to park in the garage to keep the car out of the sun! Keith always responded quickly and kindly. We loved our stay and want to come back in the future!

Havasu Summer

Had a great time with the family this trip. The house is very clean and cozy.....beds were very comfortable and AC works great which helped us relax in the 115 degree heat. House was so nice we skipped our 2nd day on the lake and spent it at the house and pool. Would highly recommend this house to friends and family.

Have a Happy Stay in Lake Havasu

The home was all one could ask to spend time with family. Everything was furnished. The house was tastefully and imaginatively decorated. The lighted landscaping was beautiful. We all enjoyed the large map. The activities of Lake Havasu can keep the guests occupied. Great house for a family visit.

Havasu weekday stay

This property is so beautiful. Great living room area where everyone can gather comfortably. Huge tv with great sound. Rooms were very clean and lots of extra storage space. Loved the towel hangers throughout the house made it easy for everyone to hang their stuff. Pool is very clean and water was perfect for night swimming. We enjoyed our stay very much. We definitely will be looking to rent this property on our next trip out to havasu

Perfect Family Vacation Stay

This house was perfect for our annual family summer vacation. The pool was probably the highlight of our stay! My daughters (6,7&10) literally did not want to come out, shallow ends on both ends of the pool was also a comfort. With 11 people the house was not crowded at all! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet but only 10 mins away from the lake! Stay instructions and check-in was a breeze! Keith kept in contact throughout our stay and was easy to get ahold of. We hope to stay here again next year!

Haversu holiday

We are from Canada so it was a delight to come to some warmth. The house was perfect. We wanted for nothing. Keith was so kind and available whenever we had a question .. within minutes he would respond. House was clean and stocked and homey ! This has been my favourite VRBO of all time ! Thank you Keith and Michele ! The beds were so great too !

Perfect relaxing getaway to a home away from home

This rental was very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with room for your items. Master bedroom is separate from the other 3 bedrooms which is nice. The pool is crystal clear and perfect temperature. Lounge chairs, dining table, and BBQ made outside a great place to hang out. But the couch was also a great place to end the night. It is a short drive to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. The house is near the main drive to get down to the water. Working with the property manager was a breeze with keyless entry. Plenty of parking, including trailer parking. I look forward to staying here again!!

The best of the best!

So much to say about our stay! To begin, we had vehicle issues on the way to Havasu, and Keith, the host, was absolutely the most attentive host we have ever experienced. He checked in on us, tried to get us help, and was simply amazing. Then there was the house...When we walked in, I immediately said, "I could live here!" Everything was perfect: comfortable and spacious furniture, numerous kitchen dishes and supplies, plenty of linens, and so much more. The house is beautifully decorated, and we slept better in this master bed than we do at home! We truly couldn't have asked for anything better. By far the best VRBO we have EVER stayed at.

Havasu treat!

This was by far the best hot weather rental that we have made. Keith, the owner, was super helpful and always answered texts or phone calls immediately. From the moment that we walked in the door, everyone loved the layout of the house and the feeling of being at home. Rooms were spacious and the sofa was very comfortable....everyone caught a nap there at some point over the stay. Super quiet neighborhood and the perfect place to get away and relax. Pool was perfect temp and very refreshing amidst the hot days. Very close to grocery stores and downtown Lake Havasu (didn't even know it existed). About 5 minute drive to London Bridge. Found some awesome restaurants that we will definitely return to on our next visit. All in all a perfect stay. Thank you Keith! We hope to make this an annual request to stay at the Havasu Happy Place!!

Best Christmas Ever!

Our family chose a trip for Christmas this year (2022) and it was all that we hoped for and more. First, the house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of cozy space for our party of 8 adult-size bodies and 2 preteens. Everything was so clean and well-stocked with towels, extra bedding, and eating essentials. I loved how there is enough comfortable dining seating for 11 between the kitchen table, counter/bar, and tall table behind the couch. But we still managed to crowd all of us around the kitchen table for a few meals. My youngest was a little disappointed that the pool was not warm enough to use. I thought the community aquatic center might make up for that, but it’s only “open swim” on Saturdays (12-4) and the Saturday we were there it was closed for the holiday. Regardless, there were plenty of activities to keep our family busy each day. I specifically sought a warm place because of the early cold in Utah. Mission accomplished! Our week was mostly sunny and the highs were in the low 70’s. We visited the London Bridge area almost daily. Favorite moments include the lights and walks around the bridge, a boat ride from there to a casino on the CA side for $4/person, the skate park at the Rotary park, and a hike at SARA park. I also appreciated the reading material about area in the home. Every member of my family (3 generations) were so happy and comfortable there. It’s a very beautiful home in a very beautiful place.
