Beautiful home, perfect for a family stay. Close to all of the Beach Haven charm and most importantly a short walk to the beach! We were able to park and pretty much walk everywhere (very nice when you have small children). The accommodations were clean and updated. The decks were great with bag and beach views, it was nice to sit on the deck and watch the sunset each night. The host was very nice, easy to communicate with-smooth sailing for the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to visit!

We really enjoyed our stay! Aaron was friendly, and easy to talk to. The home was as described. Great proximity to a beautiful beach. Chairs, umbrellas and bicycles were provided which made it so easy to enjoy the beach and town. Restaurants are within walking distance.

5 star host, 5 star location, and 5 star property!!!

From booking through our trip it was a seamless process. Aaron is an awesome host who communicates well and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The property is well maintained and perfectly set up for a beach vacation. The location is right in the heart of Beach Haven and walkable to the beach and other attractions. Definitely a LBI gem property!

Nice Beach House in North Beach Haven

We visited the island for a celebration of life ceremony for one of our friends whom recently passed away. The 3 bedroom 2 bath accommodation was perfect for my wife and I plus two college friends that also stayed with us. There was plenty of room for the four of us and if also gave us a beautiful place to unwind at nighttime. We didn't stay as a traditional beach vacation, but I would I would recommend this property if you planning a beach retreat. Thanks Aaron for the nice stay.

From check-in to check-out communication w/the owner was excellent! Everything was as expected and my family was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the house! Best home on LBI

We stayed at the house for week of July 4th and voted the best LBI trip of the family! Hands down. Beautifully furnished, feels new - looks identical to photos. Immaculately clean. The home had everything needed for a great stay. You immediately feel the zen once you enter the house. Lots of windows with great views and sunlight; curtains and side rods for when you want privacy. We were able to see the sunset right from the kitchen! Outside your front steps is a large patio for 8 with new cushions and umbrella. The roof is so inviting - breathtaking views! The house is in the center of Beach Haven. Walking distance to everything. Bay Village, Thundering Surf waterpark, Fantasy Island. We have two kids, so it was so easy for them to come and go. We left our car parked the entire time. Aaron, the owner was so welcoming and responsive to all our needs! We absolutely LOVE this property and will definitely be back!

Excellent stay for the family

Location can't be beat - centrally located and easy to walk to many stores and restaurants. Home was VERY clean and lovely inside. The host was very helpful. One note - bath towels and bed linens are not included (we've rented elsewhere on LBI and these were included, but they were not at this location, so be sure to bring your own).

My family, parents and in-laws had a amazing time at this house over the past week. The house was in perfect shape and was everything we asked for and more for us to enjoy a week down by the beach. We are already thinking about booking again for next year! Aaron was a great host and overall the location couldnt have been better.

Perfect house and location for a weekend getaway

"10th and Beach" was the perfect house for our group, three old college friends, to finally reunite after a long hiatus. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival who gave us a lay of the land. The 2nd floor apartment of this beautiful house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway weekend. We can't say enough about the views of both ocean and bay, as well as it's perfect location near restaurants, shops, etc. We could walk everywhere! We certainly hope to return next year, if not sooner!

Beach Haven Bliss

This is a fantastic rental property! Views of the ocean & bay, a walk across the street to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. Walking distance to the beach. This home was clean, well cared for and will be a cozy and inviting stay for your family. The owner is accommodating, friendly and has amazing home ownership. What a gem in Beach Haven- enjoy!
