Most everything is NEW in the home! All new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the 2nd level which allows for the sand to be easily swept after a fun day at the beach! Every piece of furniture is new, comfy, and spacious! A laundry room with washer/dryer, iron board, and laundry sink is yours to use. The 2nd floor has a wonderful "den space" for the family to hang out which includes plenty of comfy seating, a smart TV, and a desk area. There is a couch that can be conformed to use as a sleeping space as well. All 3 bedrooms are charming and purposefully decorated to be warm and inviting. There are bunk beds (twin/full) in the 3rd bedroom which allows floor space for an air mattress if needed.
A TWO stall attached garage can store your vehicle AND your golf cart! In the garage you will find what you need for a day at the beach...beach cart, umbrella and beach blanket, and beach chairs. We also have a grill for your use.
The exterior entrance is charming with a seating area to have a glass of wine in the evening or enjoy your morning coffee! Games and puzzles stored in the dining table!

The award-winning community of Paseo is just minutes from SW Florida International Airport (RSW), JetBlue Stadium and Hammonds Stadium as well as great shopping, dining and cultural venues. The Grand Plaza where the town center is located, you will find an English Style Pub, an Art Deco Movie Theater, a library and business center, an ice cream parlor, a state of the art gym with dance and Pilates studio and a full-service spa to pamper you after a day of tennis or pickleball. The Grand Plaza /Town Centers also offers a large free-form resort style pool with gardens, waterfalls, and many lounging areas to enjoy the days as they slowly drift by. The Tiki Bar serves a variety of small meals and concoctions to quench your thirst. There is also a hot tub hidden among the waterfalls where you can relax and unwind with friends. ****NOTE: The Paseo Community requires an ONLINE Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18 years old and older occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease. The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Tenant Evaluation fee $100 for single and $150 per married couple is paid online through Tenant Evaluation and not included in your reservation total. This fee could be subject to change. The application code and instructions will be emailed to you upon booking. Visitors of the renter NOT staying for the Term of the lease, DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompanied by the approved renter when using the facilities.

NO PETS ALLOWED except for owners
This unit can be rented for no less than 30 nites during the seasonal months of January, February, and March.
