The cottage was adorable and just the perfect size for a couple. The pool had been newly resurfaced and was a little oasis to lay by! Less than 5 minute walk to beach, with tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and bikes available to use. Less than 5 minutes from all the great restaurants and shops near Pine Ave, including my favorites…The Sandbar and The Porch. My only negatives would be a shower that didn’t quite get hot enough, and some lower quality utensils and cooking supplies. But the amazing price for the perfect location more than made it worth it. Planning to return!

Wanda was delightful. Cheerful and so welcoming! Every day!Actual showed the room rate very reasonable. The cleaning fee was reasonable that the other charges seemed a bit excessive.. Nonetheless, we had an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Very nice place where to spend a great relaxing time

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the pool or the ocean. Just a quick walk down to the beach. They had all the beach equipment you could need. That also was a highlight because we didn’t have to pack much. Plenty of places to eat nearby also just a short walk away. The best part was the staff made sure the kids had an eventful Easter morning. They put out hundreds of eggs in the middle of the night and when our kids woke up they were so excited. You have to stay here! It’s a new favorite of our families.

Weekend getaway

A little more dated than expected but overall a great stay. Families with kids stayed the same weekend. If you don’t have kids it got a little noisy. So close to the beach.

Great location

Great property with lots to offer. Had a minor maintenance issue but they sent someone right away. Also, I was not feeling well the morning we were to check out and they let us extend the time we left until I was up to packing! Would stay there again!

Cute little cottage.

We enjoyed our stay however I spent the morning at the chiropractor, the bed is very small and very uncomfortable. They should really invest in a nicer bed for their guests.

This unit could use a little modernization and updates. This unit was very clean. The property is in perfect location to everything on Anna Maria. The pool was a great bonus!
