This home features 4 bedrooms- The Master features a King bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and stand up shower and a deck off of the room with ocean views. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and a balcony with ocean views, the third bedroom features a Double bed with a Twin trundle and a private balcony, and the 4th bedroom features another Queen bed. This unique home also boasts an open floor plan concept in the downstairs with a gas indoor fireplace for the off season getaways as well as a private Swim Spa in the backyard. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with nice updated appliance and fully stocked with everything you can think of to cook meals. You will not want to pass up this opportunity. Book today!

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, Dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Beautiful house, amazing property management

My friend and I planned a mom and kids trip with our combined 6 kids along with my mom. 3 adults and 6 kids had plenty of space in this house. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The management company was amazingly responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out and they were there within minutes to help. The house is ashort walk to the beach and the street is quiet. The kids got to know the neighbors, who are soooooo kind. Wonderful stay.

Great time in Oak Island. The hot tub was the draw for our group and did not disappoint.

Property is spacious and clean. The management staff went above and beyond when one in our party left their wallet/fanny pack. The returned it promptly. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful stay

We are frequent visitors to Oak Island but this was our first time at this property and this management company. All good things. We really appreciated the beach chairs, there were plenty and good quality chairs. My kids LOVED the swim spa and we used it more than we thought we would! The walk to the beach was short, consider renting a golf cart for ease! Excellent stay overall, thank you.

We had a great stay for our family vacation!

Great family vacation!!! We had just a few minor issues but were handled very quickly! Even the owner came out to check on us. Great customer service taking care of us. Definitely would rent again!
