Adventure Retreat at Ocotillo Springs
Spend your next getaway in Southern Utah at Adventure Retreat in Ocotillo Springs! This expertly designed home is only a short drive away from Snow Canyon State Park, as well as Tuacahn Amphitheater and many other local wonders. Spend your days in the sunshine as you explore all that southern Utah has to offer! From Sand Hollow Reservoir to Zion National Park, there are endless ways to connect with nature and enjoy the beautiful desert scenery all around you. If you tire of adventure, come back to your home-away-from-home and soak in your private swim spa, or play ping pong on your very own table! As the sun sets, enjoy the gorgeous view of the desert from your patio or even off of the private balcony off the master bedroom!

This beautiful 3-Bedroom 3.5-Bathroom home can comfortably sleep as many as 11 people but can also sleep 12 with the assistance of a futon twin bed! The master bedroom features a King bed, as well as a smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom. Down the hall you will find another king suite at the top of the stairs, hosting a smart TV as well! Next is a bunkroom with a bunkbed, queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. There is even a desk for you to complete work or school remotely, perfectly situated in the master bedroom! The loft features a very large TV, Nintendo switch, and pullout couch. With countless local wonders to visit, as well as gorgeous on-site amenities, Adventure Retreat at Ocotillo Springs is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Just What We Needed

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Check-in and check-out were super easy thanks to the clear instructions. The home was spotless and in great shape. The hot tub was large, easy to use, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy, and we had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The community pool was also a lot of fun—plenty of sun chairs and space to enjoy the day. Overall, it was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Home was nice. Beds and pillows were good. Our young adults said the bunk bed was very wobbly. Property was clean. Swim spa was nice! Couldn’t figure out the TV. Need to have detailed instructions.

Get away weekend

Warm and welcoming

Very family friendly and super comfortable! Had everything we needed. Cookies were delicious that we left for us! Favorite place to stay so far and we can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at Ocotillo 54

We had an excellent stay at Ocotillo 54 with Red Sand Vacations. The house was as described. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. The 12-person hot tub was perfect for our group. We loved being able to play ping-pong right in our garage. The beds were very comfortable. One suggestion - we would have loved a few extra towels as the hot tub towels did not always have enough time to dry between uses. We would definitely book again with Red Sand Vacations.

Customer service is the best

These guys are so customer friendly. We stayed for a week, they communicate immediately through texts, or calls if preferred. Honestly, the lost art of customer service is clearly their priority.. We'll book directly through them from now on…save the additional fees going thru VRBO.

Great stay!

We stayed in the unit over Thanksgiving and loved it. Everything smells new and is excellent condition. My kids loved the pickleball courts and the ping pong table in the garage. The Red Sands team was super responsive, pro active and friendly. Clear instructions for check in and check out were given and everything was very professional. I wish we were still there! One thing to note is that while there are pickleball courts at the resort, there aren't tennis courts. We had brought tennis rackets thinking we'd be playing tennis. Pickleball was really fun and it was no big deal, but I suggest updating the listing to remove the reference to tennis courts.

Overall Good Stay

Our stay was pretty good. We liked the location and thought the townhome was decorated well. We liked the couches and the mattresses were very comfortable. Our kids loved the swim spa and it was also nice having the grill on site for cooking. The few areas of opportunity would be adding mattress pads to all of the bedding. We didn't have any on the beds and the bedding felt a little thread bare. One of the smoke detectors kept beeping in the middle of the night for a couple of nights in a row. When we called to notify the maintenance people they told us it was just a malfunctioning detector. After the second night of constant beeping we checked the battery in the detector and found it to be dead. The maintenance people never did come to replace the battery and we just had it disconnected the majority of our stay so we could sleep. We wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with pantry items such as vegetable oil, ketchup and those type of regularly used items. We've had this at other rentals in the past and it has been VERY appreciated. Overall a good stay but missed being excellent for minor details.
