Our home is ready for your getaway! We take a lot of pride in the cleanliness in our home. We have spent countless hours decorating and adding special touches to make sure you enjoy each day and night you spend here. Comfortable beds and linens, an inviting family room ready to entertain, play games or watch tv. Great location to everything you need. Our home is located less than 2 miles from the Silos, the Brazos River and Baylor Stadium. Bedroom #1 has a King bed, bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 twin-over-twin bunkbeds and with a sleeper sofa in the living area, our home will comfortably sleep 10!

There was so much room, comfortable beds, and everything was spotless! There’s a little game room for little kids - we really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely stay again

The house was nice, clean, well stocked, and close to Baylor and Magnolia Market. The owner was kind and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick overnight stay

Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. House was clean and close to the Silos area. We arrived to the rental about 9pm and left the next morning at 9am, so really only there to sleep. You can def hear the street traffic at night but overall was a good stay.

Comfy and would be perfect with few improvements!

Comfy beds, soft bath towels, A/C worked great, and lots of space! The few improvements would be, a properly working fridge, better stocked kitchen, and working internet. We would stay there again.

College Roommate Weekend

We all just loved staying in this charming, inviting, beautifully decorated home. It was clean and cozy and we loved sitting around the kitchen table or gathering on the comfortable sofas in the den. The beds were all very comfortable and this house was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner was a pleasure to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Waco Silo Trip

The property was clean and well equiped. With a group of seven, the two bathrooms can in very handy. The beds were comfortable. The host was not stingy with towels which were soft and fluffy.

Good stay, owner was accommodating

Had a nice stay for my son’s piano competition over the weekend. A bit of a rough start because of a big storm that knocked power out for a few hours but owner was very communicative and accommodating. No complaints.

Cozy House

We enoyed our time in this house. The owners were fast to respond to any questions I had. It has 3 bedrooms and then a seperate living room with pull out couch. It was perfect for our group of 10.

Overall it was a lovely little house. We did have some issues with lots of cop cars going by throughout the night, but overall it was lovely. My group enjoyed it :-).

Waco Girls Weekend

The location of the rental was in a very rundown neighborhood. There was a lot of activity at night and at times it didn’t feel safe. The house was the right size for our group but the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and a bit unsteady for normal to small adults. The water pressure was fantastic and for eight adults, we always had hot water! I don’t think we would stay again and hope before the next guests stay a deep clean is completed throughout.

Very nice-lots of space for family

Owner did a great job remodeling property. It was great for our group of 7. Great to have one bedroom with bunk beds. I never found the hair dryer, even though it was supposed to have one. Main bedroom was very hot with the heater on, and the door didn't close completely. Overall it fit our needs well.

Amazing Home

Clean, quiet and amazing! Beautifully decorated and clean! There was a perfect bunk room for kids and the rooms were had plenty of space. There was a working washer and dryer. The living room was comfy. The kitchen was perfect for snacks and meals. The playroom was perfect for kids to have time alone. Would stay here a million times! Great property! Host is amazing and easy to communicate with!

Girls Birthday Trip

Upon arrival , little worried about neighborhood. However, there was no problems with that . Was quite and uneventful. The house was super nice , Due to heat did have to contact owner about air conditioning , which she was quick to answer and help resolve. Nice place and great stay.

Magnolia visit

We ( myself,wife,and sister-in-law) came to Waco to visit Magnolia Silos and local wineries. The house was very nice. Very comfortable with lots of room. The neighborhood was very quiet. The loci was excellent for everything we did. We love to walk and run in the mornings so being in a great neighborhood close to Waco lake was great. The house is in great condition and very clean. I highly recommend this house for everyone staying in the area. The property manager (Trisha) was unbelievably helpful and kind. We appreciate everything she did for us very much.
