* Newly renovated * FRESH AND CLEAN * Minutes from Silos and McLane Stadium
Our home is ready for your getaway! We take a lot of pride in the cleanliness in our home. We have spent countless hours decorating and adding special touches to make sure you enjoy each day and night you spend here. Comfortable beds and linens, an inviting family room ready to entertain, play games or watch tv. Great location to everything you need. Our home is located less than 2 miles from the Silos, the Brazos River and Baylor Stadium. Bedroom #1 has a King bed, bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 twin-over-twin bunkbeds and with a sleeper sofa in the living area, our home will comfortably sleep 10!
Just a one night stay for the rodeo. The only minor issue was the lack of coffee grounds, filters or tea bags, which would have been a nice touch.Overall though a lovely little property. Thanks Trisha.
The location of the rental was in a very rundown neighborhood. There was a lot of activity at night and at times it didnât feel safe.
The house was the right size for our group but the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and a bit unsteady for normal to small adults.
The water pressure was fantastic and for eight adults, we always had hot water!
I donât think we would stay again and hope before the next guests stay a deep clean is completed throughout.
We were there for a conference with our church. It was good for the most part. Because itâs an older house(though nicely redone) the doors donât all close properly especially the
We pulled up to the property and there was trash spread across the front yard and the grass had not been mowed. Inside the home there were multipule blinds broken. In one of the bathrooms there was duck tape fixing part of the sink counter and cobwebs with bugs throughout the house.
It served its purpose. We only stayed one night for a girls trip but would not stay there again.
There was so much room, comfortable beds, and everything was spotless! Thereâs a little game room for little kids - we really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely stay again
We were attending an event at Baylor with our friends. The set up of this house was great. Our kids loved the double bunk bed room and small kids play room. Both of the adult bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable. And the tv room was across the house from the kidsâ room so we were actually able to watch tv and hang out after the kids went to bed.
If youâre visiting Waco with kids this house is perfect!
Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. House was clean and close to the Silos area. We arrived to the rental about 9pm and left the next morning at 9am, so really only there to sleep. You can def hear the street traffic at night but overall was a good stay.
Owner did a great job remodeling property. It was great for our group of 7. Great to have one bedroom with bunk beds. I never found the hair dryer, even though it was supposed to have one.
Main bedroom was very hot with the heater on, and the door didn't close completely. Overall it fit our needs well.
The property was clean and well equiped. With a group of seven, the two bathrooms can in very handy. The beds were comfortable. The host was not stingy with towels which were soft and fluffy.
Upon arrival , little worried about neighborhood. However, there was no problems with that . Was quite and uneventful. The house was super nice , Due to heat did have to contact owner about air conditioning , which she was quick to answer and help resolve. Nice place and great stay.
We had a very pleasant time at the home we enjoyed it. It was very spacious and clean. The property manager was very respectful easy to contact. I canât wait till next year because I will definitely be renting again for the convocation again.
Upon arrival the very first thing we noticed was grease all over the top of the stove. There was a dirty cookie sheet in the oven with dried on food. When you used the oven you set off the smoke alarm. The r e were wasp nest all over the porch and under the eaves. The refrigerator didn't work and we lost alot of food. We found cockroaches, spiderwebs in corners. The last day/night the ac didn't work and we ended up having to go stay in a hotel the host would say she hated when things happen.)
It was very easy to get to, not to far to Magnolia. It was a cute house loved the setup, but the reason I am giving it three stars is because
1. The outside trash bin was very full. We had to park right next to it and it smelled something awful. There were lots of bees and flies. The trash we had after putting it out we couldnât even close the lid.
2. There was a bee nest right by the door we had to go into.
3. The refrigerator has a horrible smell to it and it was not cold enough. Our milk for the kids spoiled. If I would of gone to the house first I wouldnât of bought the milk and fruit for the kids. We had to throw it all away.
So if the refrigerator, trash bin and the bee nest were all taken care of I wouldâve given it 5 stars.
Had a nice stay for my sonâs piano competition over the weekend. A bit of a rough start because of a big storm that knocked power out for a few hours but owner was very communicative and accommodating. No complaints.
