Fresh, New, Light & Airy. 1.2 miles to Magnolia Silos, 1 mile to the Stadium
Welcome to Terracotta on Taylor, a brand new home with old world charm in the heart of the East Side Arts District, downtown Waco (and just 1.3 miles to the Magnolia silos).
The living/ kitchen is open and airy with 11' ceilings and large windows that offer peaceful views to towering trees. Plus, a large deck provides a lovely space for entertaining. We are just blocks from downtown, yet you'll find the home relaxing, and peaceful.
Stroll to McLane Stadium, the river walk or multiple restaurants just a few blocks away.
This property was very nice. Very cute house, clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. The house is close to everything we wanted to do in Waco.
Very clean and comfortable. All the amenities you would expect and close to everything surrounding downtown Waco and Baylor University. Would stay here again.
Very clean and cute house. The hosts gave great attention to detail in meeting the needs of guests. Very convenient location to eateries, shopping, and Magnolia.
The house and location was perfect for what we intended to see; the Silos and downtown Waco. I loved the setup of the house and all 5 of us were very comfortable. The patio out back was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there together sitting and visiting. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
We had a fantastic time! The house was clean and comfortable and had great decor. The layout was perfect and everything was located with ease. It is a great distance to everything there is to do in Waco. I highly recommend this house.
We spent a long weekend to celebrate graduation at Baylor. The house is in the perfect location for any Baylor stay or for enjoying everything else that downtown Waco has to offer. The house is clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. The host is helpful and provides clear info and timely responses when needed. Over the years, we have stayed at many homes in Waco and this is our favorite. We will be back!
Four of us were in Waco for a teaching conference for 2 1/2 days. Desiree was very responsive via messages before the trip and by phone when we needed help getting in the house. The house was very clean, comfortable, and adorable!
Really cute house close to downtown! Plenty of room for a family of 6 and really enjoyed have two beds each in two of the bedrooms for the kids! Thanks for having us!
Loved everything about this property. Itâs close to everything. It is stylish and comfortable. Host is clear with communication and end of stay responsibilities are minimal.
Loved the house and had a great and relaxing girls weekend. Shipped, ate out, and spent amazing quality time with friends. Would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was wonderful, location was perfect for our visit for all things Magnolia! Furniture was comfortable and layout worked perfect for us! Everything went smooth and easy, no issues!!
I'm a married mom with a 20 year old. I was in brand marketing for most of my life. As such, I've been fortunate to have traveled the world with my previous career. Yet, I'm creative at heart, having grown up painting with my mom. I love being able to walk into an old house and see the possibilities no one else can.
About 8 years ago, I began to make the transition into owning a few rental homes. My husband and I are completely self-made and practical... hence tend to be "do it your-selfers". So, it is with lots of hard work and sweat equity that we are thrilled to welcome you into our lovely little abode.
I loved the neighborhood. It's historical, hip yet quiet and so close to downtown. There are sculptors, artists and professors moving in now all around us. It's just a few blocks to the river walk so I like to jog along the path and see the old bridges spanning the river, or walk to the Farmers Market on Sunday mornings. Our neighbors are peaceful and nice, it's so quiet here, yet close to all!
