Everything was as expected. Very quiet. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony early morning & night. Host was very responsive and information provided prior to our arrival was very helpful. Definitely would stay again!

This condo was clean, well equipped right down to beach chairs, games, sand toys, beach umbrella and cooler for a fun time at the beach. The grounds and pool were well kept and landscaped. The privacy of the balcony was nice and quiet. The appliances were top notch. The host was very reachable and responded in a timely manner. Our fur baby had a great time too and there was plenty of space for her to enjoy. We will return!

Have stayed in many condos on Amelia, a few in Shipwatch, and this may be my favorite for my family of 5. This building is on the end, so although it's a little more of a walk to the pool and beach, it was very quiet, which we loved. Clean, well equipped, we will be back!

This is our 10th year in a row coming down to Amelia for a conference. This was by far the nicest and most clean condo we have stayed in. Was great for our two year old and will be back.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Covered balcony with beautiful view of grounds. Ocean in the distance. Right next to pool and an easy walk to the beach. The Plantation area is quiet and very pretty. Shops and restaurants make it easy to settle in without having to go too far. Hard packed sand on beach made for great walking, which we loved. A perfect stay. Thank you!

The condo is well-appointed. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs and toys, as well as the Turkish beach towelss. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were great quality. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach while still having privacy on the balcony. Great location! Communication with host was excellent!

My son and I made an end-of-summer trip to Amelia Island. We go a few times a year. I typically rent properties on VRBO, and in all the places we’ve stayed, this was my favorite! I loved that the condo was 2 stories, so you had living quarters upstairs, and the bedrooms downstairs. The host, Michelle, has thought of everything. It is furnished so nicely, well stocked with anything you might need, and the beds are comfortable with soft linens. Michelle checked in on us a couple of times during our stay and responded very quickly when I had a question. The property sits within the Omni Amelia Plantation, so there is easy access to the shops, restaurants, mini golf, etc. If you are staying several days, I’d recommend renting a golf cart. We will do that next time. It makes getting around easier and it’s fun for the kids. The beach is a short walk, and the pool was larger than most. There was a wide variety of guests from tiny tots to grandparents. Highly recommended! You won’t be sorry.

Beautifully updated condo. Comfy beds. A bit more distance to the beach than I thought with a lot of steps. No problem for us but could be challenging with beach gear.

We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful haven. The beach walks were delightful. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed going into town and taking advantage of all it had to offer and then coming back to serene surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Marche Burchette in the Omni property.
