Great property and location. Very spacious place, loved how close to bars and restaurants. Only downside was the frigid weather, but thats Fargo!

The condo is great- location is good for downtown Fargo fun! Parking was difficult until we figured out the Fargo street parking system- would have been helpful if we knew before we got to the property.

We were curling at the Fargo Curling club, so it was great that the unit had 4 separate bedrooms! Easy walk to some great restaurants!! The decor, carpet etc are pretty worn and tired, but it was clean and worked out great for us!

Downtown Fargo

The place was perfect for our event. Everything was as listed. Our only confusion was message from host said street parking only but in front of the building the parking was for 4 hours only. We were not sure where we could park for overnight In the apt was a parking pass but had no idea what lot to use. Would use them again if we are in the area.

Wrong key to get in. Waited an hour for my son to get back with the right key. 3 bathrooms no toilet tissue. Dirty underwater under the bed! Parking was the worst for handicapped people would not recommend this condo!!

Spacious 4 bedroom downtown apartment

I stayed in this very roomy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with other wrestling parents for the Fargo Nationals tournament. The location is very close to the Fargodome and is walking distance to downtown restaurants. Overall the apartment is very spacious with two balconies and a large comfy sectional. The property managers were very responsive. The weather was pretty hot and the apartment has two wall unit air conditioners, one in the living room and one in one of the master bedrooms, so the bedrooms without AC units got pretty warm. Street parking was not a problem. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would suggest maybe a bistro set or chairs on the balconies.

We brought a group 8 friends and we had a great stay! Comfy beds, loved the multiple bathrooms and short walk to downtown. Highly recommend to stay here!

Great property for my family

The property was just the right place for me and my 3 siblings. We all had our own rooms and there were 3 bathrooms. The building itself could use some soundproofing. I was awakened early by vacuuming on the floor above, shower noises from the neighbors and the train which is fairly close and runs often. I never did find any garbage bags which would have been nice. Overall however, it was just the right spot for us!

Spacious, Clean, & Convenient

Had a girls weekend in Fargo with friends from college. Apartment is spacious and clean. Only inconvenience is needing to go downstairs to let people in if they didn't have a key - no buzzer system to let people into the building. On street parking but no issues with that. Apartment needs a new corkscrew - the one provided is broken. Fantastic option if you need space for a group!

Great Group Vacation!

We're in Fargo one winter weekend per year and this apartment is the Perfect Group stay!! Central easy location - easy Urber to Anywhere! Only challenge was parking - is there really no off street parking? Big Drag to have to continually move cars in -20 degrees!!! Great space, well stocked, very clean, Great Internet connections - Big Clean Space with comfortable beds!!

Great for families, nicely equipped

This place was great for 4 adults and 4 kids. Two masters and two extra bedrooms was perfect for the two separate families. There were plenty of dishes and had paper plates, coffee and other supplies to make it easier for easy clean up and convenience. The only complaint was that there was some loud music one night, but ended around 10:30. Overall great place.

Perfect spot for us

Plenty of room for 3 family’s visiting Fargo to watch the Bison play. Good location and close to everything. Only thing I would change is having more bowls/plates since it sleeps 10. Otherwise it was perfect for us!!
