Treat yourself to this gorgeous high end one bedroom remodel! Located in the middle of Downtown Breckenridge just a half a block off of Main St. with one parking spot and walkable to everything! The base of Peak 9 is just a 5minute walk away or take the town trolley to the Gondola to start your day! In the summer, biking and hiking trails are also right out the door. Enjoy the local shops and restaurants and never have to get in your vehicle!
A brand new King Memory Foam Bed will have you rested for the next days adventures! If you have friends with you the pull out memory foam sleeper sofa will hit the spot! A ski locker outside your door makes the 5 min walk back from the resort a breeze.
Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this brand new high end, remodeled one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. Enjoy the new king size bed in the master bedroom and a comfy pull out sofa in the living room. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day.
Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, new appliances, full kitchen, ski lockers and more! The Wifi is super fast and dedicated to this unit. A laundry facility at the end of the hallway makes this a perfect spot for a work from home adventrue! Ask us about out monthly rates! StayLTD manages multiple units in the complex and nearby! So bring your friends and they can stay close, or upgrade to one of our larger properties!

My husband and I always look forward to getting away to Breckenridge. This property was in a great location that we could just park and walk to all our favorite spots. We were very comfortable.

Great Ski Stay in Breck

Brett and Team were great! Enjoyed our Stay at Tan 16. The property was updated and very clean. The checkin and out process was very easy and appreciated. Would stay again!

Very disappointed

The building hallways were dark. Carpeting was worn and full of dog hair. Unit floor was dirty. We contacted the manager twice and heard no response. We left after 1 hour and moved to a hotel. We could not stay there.

Great downtown condo

Great stay in an easy downtown location and walkable to pretty much everything. Condo had everything we needed and had been recently renovated, plus the bed was a king (which I feel like is rare)!

Great location

Petite condo but perfect for our family of three. Child is 19. The bathroom is perfect as it was accessible from living room or bedroom. Convenient ski locker and parking in a garage was a bonus. We chose this condo so we could take the dog and still be close to downtown and slopes. Beds were on the medium firm side but comfortable. Great communication with management.

Great in-town Breckenridge condo.

Very nice, comfy condo one block off Main Street. Close to slopes and restaurants. Had all the amenities. Easy check-in and out. Brett was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. Will come back!

Breckenridge Getaway

Went for a quick ski trip to Breckenridge and was not disappointed. The place was easy to get to and very clean. The location was perfect. Host was very responsive and did a great job making sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location. A quick walk to the resort with a spot to put boots/skis/boards when you get back. Directly in town and close to everything. Easy check in process. Comfy bed and cute fireplace.

Best location & bed very comfortable

Location was perfect!!! Master bed was very comfortable. Loved having a garage to park my car. Clean & updated. Couch was not comfortable to sit on & tried to use the “pull out” feature to sleep on it, which was awful. So would not recommend relying on the couch to sleep anyone.
